So often, we believe within the business environment that relaxation is a bad thing and that relaxed employees will be unproductive. What if the opposite is actually true? What if we were to embrace more opportunities to relax while in the workplace, and that actually positively contributed to employee productivity? Scientific studies have shown that the more that you relax, the more you can create, the more spontaneous you are, and the more joyous you become. From that space of relaxation, everything the individual’s performance starts to expand and open up.

What if Relaxation was the new Superpower?

If you’re looking to create something extraordinary, it’s from a space of relaxation that you can become more aware of all the different aspects that contribute to the whole. If you actually consider the particular project which you are working on as an individual entity, you can tune into its energetic requirements and communicate with it, allowing your awareness of it to grow, which then adds more ease to the overall creative experience.

So often, we are told we need to work harder. We need to push more. What if the opposite is true? What if it’s actually relaxation that creates more, and the more that you can relax, the more that you can receive and the greater the quality of your output can be.

What have you been avoiding that if you didn’t avoid it, that if you just handled it now, would create way more space? The amount of energy you use in avoiding things can be released to be used more productively in the creation process if you are willing to look at your habits and make another choice. Relaxation is a key component of performance, and when you’re more relaxed, you can perform at a higher level with a sense of ease that allows you to be joyous and happy.

What projects do you have available that allow you to expand into a sense of ease and joy? The more that you expand into that sense of ease, the more opportunities you can see. Everything that expands can lead to more consciousness and more awareness. And that awareness allows you to be greater in the world. And that greatness you tap into leads you to the super capacity of greater consciousness, which is heightened awareness of everything.

So what can you relax into today that allows you to create the life you truly desire?
