The WIN Women In Nursing initiative is a groundbreaking movement dedicated to empowering and celebrating women in nursing that transition from bedside nursing to CEO’s. Through its various programs, including the WIN Women In Nursing Anthology and the upcoming NursesEmpower The WIN Inaugural Conference 2024, the organization aims to recognize the contributions of women in nursing who are CEO’s or in leadership roles. We are looking to inspire future generations, and foster a supportive community.
