Rampage For A Grateful And Uplifted 2022

Today I want to do a rampage for a blessed, healthy, abundant, happy 2022! The idea for today’s theme came from something I learned about 5 years ago and I had done it for my afternoon check-in months ago. The original idea is when you wake up, you go on a rampage about how wonderful your day will be and for 7-10 minutes you speak a continuous rant about how well your day is going to be. For example, and you declare the statements fast; today is a wonderful day, today is a great day, today I am going to have a smashing time and enjoy everyone I meet, today I will be grateful for every detail that unfolds with my day, I have fun, I find the funny in any negative event that happens, the silver lining appears if I should get on a negative tailspin, today is a blessed day, today is a joyful day, I look forward to this day, this is the day the lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it, today and all year, God is doing a new thing!

You get the idea. Why do this? It sets you up to have a good day. It tells your mind, body, heart and spirit, that no matter what happens, you will find the best in the day and the greatest in whomever you meet. I always want to start my day on an inspired and uplifting note because once you leave the comfort of your home and face the world, you don’t know what is waiting for you unless you intend your day to be great beforehand then you know it’s been setup for a fantastic day.


Look! I’m not saying it is that easy, because sometimes it is, and sometimes it’s not! We are spirits having a human experience and part of that human journey are the ups and downs that we experience as we travel along this voyage with ourselves and others. We can, however, lessen the downward spirals and when we do have down times, acknowledge it, accept it, experience it and release it and bounce back quicker. When we have these practices in place to create an uplifted mindset and environment, it is much easier to bounce back from a downward turn. As I have been saying these last months, it’s an inside job first and foremost. Work on that mindset, change your perspective, change your focus, and your life will change. I promise. The Bible states, in Romans 12:2, “and be not conformed to this World, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind so that you may prove what is that good and acceptable will of God”. How do you renew your mind? First, by finding scriptures that speak to your situation that you can journal, declare out loud, meditate on, and put on post it notes everywhere you are (i.e., bathroom mirror, car dashboard, refrigerator). Then you do all the things I’ve discussed today and previously that speak to you and that which you can do consistently. Anyone who is successful didn’t become successful because they followed conventional wisdom. Not following Worldly knowledge is, being not conformed to this World. They saw things different from traditional insight and followed God inspired action. Unless of course, the group you are hanging around are people who can teach you how to move to the higher level they are on.


For example, let the poor say I am rich which is from, 2 Corinthians 8:9 and Revelations 2:9. If you are financially struggling, you don’t say it out loud. You declare what you want and ask God for what you want. This next one is a personal favorite, “come boldly before the throne of grace, that I may obtain mercy and find grace to help in a time of need” (Hebrews 4:16). I love this because it dawned on me one day, you could say I had a revelation, that if God is commanding me to come boldly before him, the creator of man, the Universe, and everything! Why can’t I stand boldly before man?! Also, coming boldly doesn’t mean begging to be healed or to have your needs met. It means reminding God what he promised in his Word that encompasses what you are asking for and holding him to it by standing on those promises no matter what it looks like in the natural. After you remind him, you continue to thank him for keeping his promises and answering your prayer. Now, keep in mind that God can do exceeding abundantly more than you can ask or think (Ephesians 3:20), meaning, what he has for you is way better than what you’ve asked for. So don’t be attached to the outcome. Meaning, if you ask for a red Rolls Royce, don’t be upset that you receive a green one!

Because we’ve spent the last almost year and three quarters in a pandemic, for some, across the Globe, it’s been 2 or more years, and taking safety precautions, most people are focused on what this year was lacking and may not view the past year or new year with gratitude. So, I want to help you switch your focus to a focus of blessings and rampage to a better headspace for 2022.

Buckle up! Here we go! Let’s begin counting our blessings!

  • Side of the hand. I am blessed because (state a blessing)

  • Side of the hand. I am grateful for (state a gratitude)

  • Side of the hand. I am thankful for (state what you are thankful for)

  • Top of head. This blessing of waking up this morning

  • Eyebrow. This blessing of being above ground right now

  • Side of eye. This blessing of having clothing

  • Under the eye. This blessing of having shoes or sneakers

  • Under the nose. This blessing of being able to listen to this program on an electronic device

  • Under the bottom lip. This blessing of having food to eat

  • Collar bone. This blessing of having a roof or car or RV or tent or shelter over my head

  • Under the arm. This blessing of having family

  • Tap inner wrists together. This blessing of having friends

  • Tap back of wrists together. This blessing of having neighbors

  • Take a deep breath.


How did that feel? A little weird? If resistance came up, you would tap on the resistance in a traditional tapping round until you get the resistance down to a zero and then do the rampage round again.


In fact, let’s do a traditional round for any resistance that popped up. I will use the word, stressed, but you can substitute your word. Keep in mind that when I do these EFT Tapping rounds, I try to speak to what most people are feeling, as it’s not all about me.

  • Side of the hand. Even though I feel stressed about not being able to travel to see my family, I deeply approve and accept my self

  • Side of the hand. Even though I feel stressed because of the rise in covid-19 cases, I deeply approve and accept my self

  • Side of the hand. Even though I feel stressed because I didn’t sleep well and have a lot to do, I deeply approve and accept my self

  • Top of head. This stress

  • Eyebrow. This stress in my body

  • Side of eye. This stress

  • Under the eye. This stress in my body

  • Under the nose. This stress

  • Under the bottom lip. Another year gone and what have I got to show for it?

  • Collar bone. I’m stuck isolating myself again! Frack! When will this be done with already!!

  • Under the arm. This stress

  • Tap the inner wrists together. Not feeling grateful at this moment

  • Tap the back of wrists together. This EFT Tapping nonsense is just that, nonsense!

  • Take a deep breath.

How do you feel? What came up for you? Did another emotion appear? Do you have the same emotion, but now you feel it somewhere else? What is the intensity level now?


Let’s do a rampage round. This is done a little faster as rampages are spoken rapidly.

  • Side of the hand. 2022 will be a blessed year

  • Side of the hand. I am grateful for and looking forward to this New Year

  • Side of the hand. I am thankful to have made it through last year to see another New Year

  • Top of head. I am Blessed to be able to see 2022

  • Eyebrow. 2022 will be a year I will be thriving in

  • Side of eye. 2022 will be a triumphant year

  • Under the eye. 2022 will be a victorious year

  • Under the nose. 2022 will be an abundant year

  • Under the bottom lip. 2022 will be a year of merriment, because a merry heart doeth good like a medicine

  • Collar bone. 2022 will be a year of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health and well being

  • Under the arm. I look forward to a year of love and abundance in my spirituality, emotions, health, relationships, finances, business, and career

  • Tap inner wrists together. Woo hoo! Let’s hear it for a joyful 2022

  • Tap back of wrists together. I am blessed to be above ground to see 2022

  • Take a deep breath.


How do you feel? Better? Worse?


Sometimes you are feeling so emotional that you can’t talk or think straight. In that case, just tap and breath through the rounds without saying a word. Just feel the emotions as you tap until you feel a shift or a calmness.


We are going to do a little twist on this. So, let’s tap and breath in an abundant 2022 and breath out the negativity of 2021. No words. Just follow along and tap 5 to 7 times on each point.

  • Side of the hand. Breathe in a victorious 2022, breathe out fear

  • Top of head. Breathe in a triumphant 2022, breathe out worry

  • Eyebrow. Breathe in an abundant 2022, breathe out anxiety

  • Side of eye. Breathe in a spiritually healthy 2022, breathe out stress

  • Under the eye. Breathe in a physically healthy 2022, breathe out illness and disease

  • Under the nose. Breathe in an emotionally healthy 2022, breathe out nervousness

  • Under the bottom lip. Breathe in merriment for 2022, breathe out anger

  • Collar bone. Breathe in joy for 2022, breathe out sadness

  • Under the arm. Breathe in great mental health in 2022, breathe out angst

  • Tap inner wrists together. Breathe in peace for 2022, breathe out hatred

  • Tap back of wrists together. Breathe in forgiveness for 2022, breathe out unforgiveness
