In life, we all have faced and will face adversity and/or adversities. You may be experiencing adversity right now, but keep in mind that it's not the end of the world. It's just a taste of life that one has to go through to realize that life is not always peaches and cream, as the saying goes. Life can be painful, hurtful, stressful, problematic, and many other things. But through it all, and above it all, life still shall go on, with God giving you the strength and the stability to overcome and be successful.

Define:

  1. Overcoming – to get the better of in a struggle or conflict; conquer; defeat

  2. Adversity – adverse or unfavorable fortune or fate; a condition marked by misfortune, calamity, or distress

  3. Stability (Stable) –

    • firmness in position,

    • continuance without change,

    • steadfastness; constancy

You cannot allow anybody or anything to stop you from pursuing purpose, regardless of situation(s), circumstance(s), and/or problem(s). No matter what you face, you must stay focused at all times. Keep on moving, don’t stop, in spite of opposition and/or obstacles. Your mindset has to stay focused on completing the task or tasks that God has given you to do, regardless of the adversity or adversities.

Stay in position and don’t give up, in or out. When dealing with adversity, don’t pay attention to the adversity. Always maintain a winning and victorious attitude, even in adverse situations and/or circumstances.

When you are facing adversity, keep standing. In the midst of it all, you are being strengthened through it. Even in adversity, there’s good that comes out of it. Adversity builds you up to keep you up. Adversity is necessary for a believer’s faith to be strengthened and perfected in God.

Regardless of the adversity you face, you must keep moving toward purpose and destiny, now.
