Lifestyle Medicine Retreat in Italy Offers a Transformative Wellness Journey

Valpolicella, Verona, Italy – May 17-22, 2026 – Terra Health Coaching announces its Lifestyle Medicine Retreat, a six-day immersive experience in Italy’s scenic Valpolicella region. The retreat brings together evidence-based wellness practices and cultural immersion, helping participants cultivate habits for lifelong physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Who: Terra Health Coaching, a leading provider of lifestyle medicine health coaching, is hosting the retreat.


What: A six-day retreat focused on the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, movement, nutrition, stress management, sleep, relationships, and substance awareness. Participants will engage in expert-led workshops, yoga, mindful cooking, journaling, cultural tours, vineyard and olive oil tastings, and nature walks.


When: May 17-22, 2026


Where: VerdeOlivo 1876, Valpolicella, Verona, Italy, with excursions to Lake Garda and the city of Verona.
