Johanna Herbst, Executive & Career Coach | Management Consultant | Podcaster | Speaker

Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.

Hello! My name is Johanna Herbst and I am based in beautiful Zurich, Switzerland. My professional journey has spanned coaching, management consulting, entrepreneurship, and corporate finance. I have an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and am a certified coach.

Today, I am the proud founder of Delygate offering executive and career coaching to professionals and virtual BrainTrust groups to female professionals (more on this later!).

Additionally, I am the voice behind the popular 'Reaching your Goals' podcast.

My mission? To inspire my clients to reach their goals, lead with kindness, and have some fun along the way. I am all about making things happen with lots of energy, compassion, and a smile!

When I'm not empowering others, you'll find me outdoors, running, or swimming. Most importantly, I am a proud mom of an incredible son.

Can you explain the coaching services offered through Delygate, and how they benefit your clients?

At Delygate, we offer personalized executive and career coaching to professionals striving for meaning and having positive impact. In the fast-paced corporate sphere, it's easy to lose sight of one's goals. This is where we step in, assisting leaders in carving out clear, attainable paths towards their goals. Our overarching mission is not just about moving forward but fostering an environment that nurtures growth, confidence, and positive transformations.

What are your future plans and goals for Delygate? Are there any upcoming features, expansions, or improvements that users can look forward to?

Certainly! I am thrilled to share that we recently launched the virtual Delygate BrainTrust Group Network designed for professional women from middle management and upwards. One profound insight from the 'Reaching your Goals' podcast interviews emphasized the significance of mastermind groups in the success journeys of individuals. Furthermore, in my 1:1 coaching sessions, one recurrent theme is the importance of cultivating a robust and collaborative network.

Recognizing these needs, we thought, why not simplify the process? Instead of leaving individuals to create these connections independently, Delygate is stepping in to facilitate this. We'll be doing the networking on your behalf, ensuring you collaborate with an advisory board comprising of your peers. So, the future at Delygate? It's about empowering our clients to build stronger connections, expand networks, and grow personally and professionally!

The virtual Delygate BrainTrust Group Network for women sounds intriguing. Can you tell me more about it?

The heart of the Delygate network are the BrainTrust Groups. It’s an unparalleled circle of like-minded women committed to each other's success. Imagine having a personal Board of Advisors at your fingertips: this is what the BrainTrust Group promises. Here, you'll be able to bounce off ideas, gain much-needed clarity, and most importantly, you don’t have to do it alone. Where else can you get this kind of support?

Committing to the Delygate BrainTrust Network means embracing our core values of trust, vulnerability, and diversity. We aim to keep you accountable while enriching your leadership skills, ultimately leading you to drive exceptional results in your professional life.

The network is all about investing in yourself and giving your dreams a real chance. With monthly peer meetings (all virtual, of course!), we aim to accommodate your busy schedules. You can opt for either English or German sessions and we operate in the Central European Time zone.

That sounds fantastic, where do I sign up?

Delighted to hear your enthusiasm! Simply head over to https://www.delygate.com/braintrust to apply. Once you've submitted your application, we will review it and invite eligible candidates to an interview. Once approved, we’ll welcome you to our Delygate community!

If I can be of help, please reach out to me at Johanna.Herbst@delygate.com.

Have a wonderful day!
