Are you in a conscious loving relationship with yourself?

You know, the person you see looking back at you in the mirror. The only one who is with you 100% of the time through your life journey.

It wasn't until I was 33 years of age before I truly was introduced to the Michael Cooper, I didn't know. I thought, "I am upset. Lost. Depressed. Unhappy. Unfulfilled. No peace of mind. What the ______ is going on with my life?!" I was going through a very intense low in my 'Game of Life' when I was invited to attend a seminar by a close friend.

I don't recall who the speakers were at the time, however, there was one gentleman talking about understanding your true self and it got me to thinking.

He didn't describe it in the way I started to interpret it. I started thinking about my life. All the people I could recall. All the experiences I could recall. Everything. I began thinking, "Who is Michael Cooper?" and I realized I am not Michael Cooper. That is a label, a brand, my parents gave me.

No, I took it further. I started thinking about how the label is not who I am. I am a piece of one unified soul, operating in a physical body. With the talent and ability to manifest anything I truly desire. That's deep I know. We can get into that more if you want. DM me.

It was easy for me to be frustrated and irritated with my life the first 33 years. I didn't know what I didn't know. A lot of what I knew wasn't so. I had to start getting to know the person in the mirror. Really get to love him and take responsibility for his well being.

It's like when you meet someone new out on the street. If you like them, what do you do? You invest the time, energy, and resources to learn about them. You hang out with them. You do things for them. You experience ups and downs with them. If you don't like them, what do you do? You know. You have nothing to do with them.

Well, this is important to consider. Are you getting to know the person in the mirror or are you neglecting him or her? Are you becoming best friends? Lovers? True mates? Because you are not escaping him or her.

I meet many people who tell me, "I am not looking at that person in the mirror. I can't stand him. I don't like what I see. I'm disgusted." Then I remind them, "That person is the only one with you 100% of the time, from the time you are born, to the time you pass on. Better make it a priority to get to know him. And if you want help with this, there is help available. All you have to do is have a burning desire to get to know him, as tough as you THINK it may be. The rewards are through the tough. Through the discomfort. Sure, you can step back into safety, and ignore him. That is if chaos, suffering and pain is your chosen game."

Got you thinking? The peace of mind, happiness, and lasting fulfillment comes in discovering your true self. It took me years to go through this process. I lead individuals now to go through it much faster through the teachings of my first-hand experiences.
