Lack mentality is the most common money block. It doesn't matter how much money you have in the bank, if unconscious of it scarcity mindset can still affect you.

This is true especially if you are an ambitious and driven female entrepreneur.

This could show up for you in many ways, here are some examples:

  • You're worried that money will run out

  • You notice thoughts like "money doesn't grow on trees"

  • You're holding back on spending or investing in case it doesnt come back in

  • You find it hard to step away from your business and often find yourself working late at night

  • You worry that your prospects can't afford your services

  • You didn't grow up with a lot of money

Those are just a few of the examples of how scarcity can show up in your life. Now it's time to show you how you can overcome it once and for all.

1. Establish gratitude as a daily habit

The best way to start is to incorporate it into your morning or evening ritual, and remain consistent. The days that you don't feel like it are the days where you will feel the biggest shift as a result.

This can be in the form of gratitude journalling, and you can start with as little as 3 things.

A question I had recently was "What kind of things do you write in your gratitude journal? Do you repeat yourself every day?"

The answer is no, I don't repeat myself word for word.

Here's a part from my recent gratitude journal entry:

"Woo I have made it! I've finally manifested my dream life of working on my business abroad. Thank you for guiding me to take the leap and jump into the unknown. I know that's where the magic happens and I'm so grateful to be able to experience this. Thank you for my inner guidance system, it knows the way to my desires. I'm so grateful for the tools that I have to tap into the natural sense of abundance I feel within on a regular basis."

Pro tip: it's about the feeling as you write. Notice the sensations in your body. Breathe into the energy of gratitude as you write.

2. Take your power back

The truth is that challenges are just opportunities in disguise.

They are opportunities for growth externally and internally.

If you're going through a difficult time in life right now, I urge you to ask yourself:

  • How can I grow from this experience?

  • What is this experience trying to teach me?

This is your opportunity to take your power back and takes you out of the victim mentality.

Being grateful for challenges is something I've grown to love and I know you will get to that point too. When you realise that they are just as much part of your manifestation as the 'end goal'. You'll know that what you've asked for is on its way.

Challenges highlight what you need to work on next to achieve your desired goal. So if scarcity's coming up for you right now, it's a sign this is what you need to work on now to achieve your goal.

It's preparing you for what you've asked for.

Here's another part from my recent gratitude journal entry:

"I'm so excited for the challenges that I'm going thorough right now. Because I know they are the way through to what I have asked for. I'm so grateful for my healing journey as without it I wouldn't be living the life I am. "

Pro Tip No.2: If you are struggling on what to write, bring your focus to what you do have breath in your lungs, an abundance of trees and nature around you, a roof over your head. It doesn't have to be big!

3. Heal it at the root, change the fruit

Scarcity isn't something you're born with. it's something you've acquired along the way due to programming.

  • through the words you heard as a child

  • through experiences you've had growing up

  • through what you saw modelled to you as a child

Creating your root belief system which has the majority vote for what you attract into your life, and how you react to what you attract.
