We have infinite energy and radiance within us, and the truth is we don’t need to get it from the outside. What do I mean by that?

When you start to really learn how to use your sexual energy with yourself and unlock and release all the blockages of energies, from traumas in your life that have been stuck around the womb, something shifts.

You start a journey of discovering your own pleasure and can feel your sexual energy moving in your body. That's the life force energy from where you raise your creativity and become more aligned with who you are.

The more relaxed your muscles are in the vagina, the more relaxed the muscles in your face are. When the blood flood is stimulated, it starts to circulate in your body and your face. So you glow and look very radiant!

My face used to be tense, have more wrinkles, tired skin, and dark circles under my eyes. When I opened up for tantra, which is the expansion of consciousness within myself, so much has shifted.

I know how to use my sexual energy for me, my business, and how to talk about it with my children.

It’s sacred energy used in the right form, with heart and soul.

That’s my best accessory to every outfit I wear, my own glow…

I will share my best tips:

Light candles and play soft music

Give yourself time to touch your feet, legs, belly, arms, and breasts. You can start with touching your hands and arms if that feels more comfortable.

Take some deep breaths and exhale.

What feelings come up?

What does your skin feel like?

Are there feelings of longing and a desire of wanting to be seen? Understood?

The next step can be to use a yoni egg to clear the energy imprints and also stimulate the bloodstream and relax.

To be just who you are. Because that’s the beauty of it all. That you are just yourself.

Treat yourself that way.

Make your own boundaries.

Unconditional love.

When you know what you desire, what intimacy looks like for you. You can feel your own sexual energy, first, then you can share it with a loved one. If you desire more conscious sex and not just a two minutes show.

Are you okay with having foreplay that takes more than ten minutes and exploring what makes you feel sexually alive?

It can feel unfamiliar to explore longer foreplay than you might have.

I do think that the world would look very different if we first discovered ourselves on a deeper level.

Emotionally, spiritually, mentally, financially, physically, and with unconditional love.

This is my mission; to help people to create more freedom by having the power to completely be themselves.
