How To Manifest What You Want? Stop Learning And Start Embody Your Dream Life

It’s GO time! Have you felt the acceleration coming on? I certainly have. It’s time to embody what and who you want to become. There is no more waiting for the life you want to experience. If you want some powerful tips on how to manifest what you want starting today, this is for you.

Many believe that manifestation is to come out of nowhere, it’s just supposed to show up, and then we have what we want. That may be the experience for some, but in most cases, it’s a journey that can be as rewarding as the actual manifestation itself.

When something just shows up in front of us it’s energy that is aligning towards a certain outcome. It’s a wonderful feeling when that happens because it feels so easy and natural. Like it’s meant to be!

But we rarely consider what it took to for that alignment to happen.

It starts with you.

It starts with getting to know your inner energy.

It starts with how you embody what you want.

Let’s talk about how to get into the flow of manifestation going, shall we?

When we see something that we want to come into form it’s final step. A manifestation is the outcome. And somewhere in the past, an intention was set. An intention is a seed of energy that has the potential to manifest.

How are you setting intentions for things that you want to welcome into your life?

You may not set intentions at all, or you may not be aware of the power of setting an intention. Often we have been taught to define goals. That’s different.

A goal is something defined and with a stepwise path to achieve it. A goal is not linked to possibility and creation, while an intention is.

If you want to manifest something, it starts with an intention.

Then you allow for all the possibilities (which are unlimited) to “solve for” how to bring that manifestation into physical form.

If you try to get in there and manipulate the outcome, add new input, or subconsciously doubt that it can happen, it’s not going to happen.

So the next step is to fully let go of the image of what you want and how you want it to show up.

One of the greatest dilemmas and reasons for not manifesting what you want to welcome into your life is.

Staying in learning mode to trying to figure out the answer to how to get there.

For many of us who identify as “lifelong learners” this hits home.

“What??? But I LOVE learning new things!!”

Yes, learning is perfectly fine, but it cannot stop there.


Because when we continue to learn, Learn, and LEARN, our wishes, desires (and intentions) stay in the mind. They stay as a thought.

We don’t give them a chance to come into form if we churn our heart’s desires around in the mind only.

And what happens is that we don’t manifest.

So the rest of this article is about how to get out of the mind and into your heart and embody your dream life.

Because that’s where it starts.

By you getting out of learning mode and start to embody what you want.

Below are three powerful steps for you to consider if you want to manifest what you want:

1. Are you spending time in the future versus today?

Many of us are completely focused on where we want to be in the future. Unfortunately, that’s not always serving us well when it comes to manifestation through embodiment. The mind wants us to spend time in the future (and worry about it a LOT).

But the heart energy we are manifesting from is here and now. And in the now there is creativity and unlimited possibility.

So, the first step is to slow down, and connect with yourself and your day. Appreciate what you have around you and how you got to where you are today.

2. Visualize yourself already have what you want.

Once you are starting to connect with who you are today and appreciate what you have, you can invite your dream life (and whatever you want to put in it) through visualization.

You have already learned so much and now it’s time to tap into your wisdom.

Simply, sit for 5 minutes with an inner image of yourself as if you already received what you want. See yourself in that energy. How do you feel? Who is around you? Where are you? And so on.

Through visualization, you create the energy within yourself of what you want to align with. Keep doing it for the next 7-10 days. How does it feel to spend time in that energy?

3. Act on it you CAN have what you desire!

Once you’ve spent time with this inner energy of receiving, you’re ready to start acting on that feeling and inspiration the visualization is creating within you.

Select some small aspects of what you want to welcome into your life. For example, if it’s a new job you want to browse jobs and notice if any of the jobs that you come across generate that same energy within you. That tells you it’s an energetic match! Notice how you feel and don’t settle for less.

You CAN have what you desire!

But you have to stay in the feeling of that desire of yours (that you became familiar with in step 2) as you expose yourself to situations. Trust that you’ll know what’s right for you.

Embodying what you want is also about taking risks and showing yourself that taking action in a direction without knowing before starting.

In summary, when we embody what we want (and not just thinking) it can change our inner experience of life by doing and living it. This is how you manifest. Not by doing nothing and wishing it shows up on the doorstep.

The experience of manifestation has to be integrated, felt, and experienced over time.

There are some powerful tools that I recommend; Journaling, self-reflection and contemplation are keys. This is an inner journey only you can do.

But so often lack of confidence, strong inner critic, lack of boundaries, lack of knowing our own energy or the energy of what we want, keeps us from believing we can have it, and stops us from taking action (and instead we keep learning, thinking, learning, thinking.

The consequences are often the feeling of stuckness, being stressed out, and lack of well-being, and even illness.

Using these three steps can help you get unstuck, feel empowered and support in uncovering your desires, believe in them, and manifest them.
