Did you know that emotions are contagious and they spread like a wild fire? Whether you are in a group, with someone else, or by yourself, you can easily “catch” both positive and negative emotions. Even if you are not paying attention to them. Strange, isn't it? Let me show you how these emotions keep you stuck in life and how easily you can heal them and turn your life around.

A recent study proves that emotions are in fact electrochemical signals that flow through our body all the time, regulating everything, including our thoughts and feelings. They are released in our brains in response to our perceptions about the world. And from there they influence our personal and professional choices related to our health, relationships, and even finances.

They train our minds to see things in a certain way… If you feel happy, you see the world as a happy place. And if you feel sad, you attract more of it. They are so powerful that your senses follow them to make decisions about what you should consume and how you should live your life.

That's why, you should never keep your emotions stuffed inside. Especially, intense and unresolved emotions such as childhood trauma, betrayals, and heartbreaks are extremely overwhelming. If you don't process them properly, they hinder your personal growth and overall well-being.

Let me show you how “trapped emotions” make you suffer

1. Physical, mental, and psychological health problems

Emotions are not just mental states, they affect your body too. If you suppress emotions for too long they cause physical and psychological health concerns such as anxiety, depression, high BP, heart issues, immune system problems, etc. Science has accepted the mind-body connection.

2. Breakup, divorce, and loneliness

Emotional suppression is the root cause of a lot of relationship problems, both personal and professional. Because it fosters poor communication, misunderstandings, and cold behavior. It becomes harder to reach out to others when you have lost the connection with your own emotions.

3. Fall of the default mechanisms

Emotional exhaustion deactivates the natural development of your coping mechanisms. Instead of finding constructive solutions, you choose harmful coping mechanisms such as substance abuse, bad habits, and self-destructive behaviors.

4. Put loved ones in danger

Emotional outbursts are not just harmful for you, but also dangerous for the loved ones who live with you. Because these unresolved intense emotions are unpredictable and eventually burst out in an uncontrolled manner.

5. Endgame of your existence

This one is the MOST important of all because this makes you lose your

self-identity. You don't understand who you are, what you actually want from life, and why.

So, if you were wondering about why you feel so overwhelmed, exhausted, lonely, anxious and lost all the time, now you know.

WHY: Because of your “trapped emotions”.
