Del Vachya learned early how to navigate life in silence, expressing herself through art as a channel to communicate her thoughts and emotions. But life had other plans. A pivotal project demanded her voice. What started as her deepest fear became the ignition point for a global mission.

Today, Del Vachya is a visionary, the author of The Mastery Prism Blueprint—a guide to reframing reality—and the creator of The Noble Summit.

Her work is dedicated to those who are ready to lead and move through life from a deeper place. Her own experiences inspired a deep passion and love for bringing people together and orchestrating transformative experiences that awaken a more conscious, beautiful, and connected humanity.

When Silence Speaks: A Conversation with Del Vachya Bloch on the Quiet Power of Presence

I never planned to speak to the world. In fact, for a long time, I couldn’t.

So I learned to listen to the silence, that space between words, the pain and joy people carried without saying.

"Art became the way I connected with the world. And when I could finally speak; I knew my words weren’t meant to be loud; they were meant to be true.”

Del Vachya listens deeply, with intention, to what’s truly being said, and more importantly, to what’s being felt.

It’s how she moves through life.

And it’s a signature part of what she brings to the world.

So many people spend their lives chasing success—what do you believe they’re searching for?

Success means so many different things to different people.

For some, it's money, fame, or recognition. For others, it might be peace, freedom, and a sense of purpose.

I believe success, like material rewards, recognition, or positions of influence, can be beautiful when it comes from alignment, from one's truth. They can reflect a part of our walking life experience. But when this success is disconnected from that source, even the most impressive achievement can feel heavy, like pressure.

They can leave us feeling unfulfilled and drained.

Because under the titles, the awards, the chase, we’re not seeking more things, we’re seeking something deeper.

We chase achievements hoping they’ll fill the void, but the void isn’t really about what we do. It’s about who we are.

I believe we’re not truly after things, we’re after connection. Connection to ourselves and others, to belong.

For me, success is quiet. It’s the deep knowing that nothing is missing in us. Without needing to perform. Without needing to prove.

And when that kind of success grows from a place of inner peace, it stops being a chase or a rush to have.

"Sometimes I don’t think we’re searching for success at all. I think we’re searching for validation. Permission to feel whole, to be fully ourselves, without needing to prove. We are searching for peace."

When did you first realize that your story wasn’t just for you, but something that could help others along their paths?

It wasn’t until the birth of an art project that I began to reach people in unexpected ways, a project that completely took over my whole life. There I started to feel the weight and a strong undeniable responsibility for the world.

At first, I did what I always did: I created and stayed in the background of every project, That had always worked for me. But with this project, it was different. Verbal communication wasn’t just helpful; it became essential. I realized that if I ever wanted this project to come to life, I would

have to show up, speak, and be seen.

Once I realized that I remember fear took over me and caused me to unconsciously attach to situations and even people who reinforced and supported the idea of me not having a voice.

Slowly, that made me feel worthless, incapable, dependent, and a burden for everybody.

This belief became so rooted in me that it led me to extreme overthinking and exhaustion, ending in severe burnout causing me to lose everything, I felt in complete isolation, and losing my entire identity. My ability to communicate deteriorated to the point where I couldn't speak at all.

It was a long and very painful time.

But still, with all that going on, I couldn't let it go; it was something bigger than me, so I continued to find ways to make this project happen.

In early 2022, I met someone I saw as a master, not just in business, but in the way he connected with people. There was something about the way he spoke to the world that shifted something in me. Someone who made me feel directly that what once seemed impossible and so difficult for me could, with time, become something I could master. I saw in him a reflection of myself, something that gave me hope, and that moment something shifted and I realized that what scared me so much was what I needed the most. To be able to express myself freely, to share my voice with the world, and to create spaces dedicated to uniting others.

That experience made me realize that we don’t exist in isolation. We’re never truly alone, we’re all connected. We’re all one.

“Sometimes we may not realize that our lives are never just ours. We all have an impact or influence on each other; sometimes in subtle ways, other times more deeply. ”

Your spaces always hold a kind of unspoken magic; what’s the intention behind what you create?

I believe it isn’t something you can name. It’s something you feel. And the beauty of it is, that feeling is so personal for each person.

Life feels different after. People often tell me that life feels different after; and is something I feel too. They often can’t explain why, but something in them shifts. Everything begins to flow effortlessly as if it was always meant to happen that way. Nothing is forced. Nothing is loud. But something inside begins to soften, to open, or come alive.

I think part of the impact also comes from how private and intimate the spaces are, there’s a sense of safety that allows people to just be. No performance, no pressure. And that alone can change everything.

What do you see most often blocking people from their potential?

Noise.

The world is so loud. And we start absorbing it before we even know who we are. So by the time we try to come home to ourselves, we’re already full of other people’s expectations, fears, opinions, and even timelines.

When someone steps into their truth, something changes in the way they move through life. What do you notice in them in that moment and what do they start to attract?

You move differently. You speak with a quieter confidence. You stop rushing. Even your presence begins to say more than words. People feel drawn to you, sometimes without knowing why. Opportunities find you. The right relationships stay. The ones that don’t, fade away without force.

What do you hope people carry with them after being in your presence?

What do you feel right now?

This is the beginning of returning to something you may not have words for, but deeply recognize. That’s the essence of The Noble Summit.

The Noble Summit is private, it’s beautiful, it’s rare, and it’s unlike anything you’ve ever felt. It’s not an invitation—it’s a remembering.
