With a CEO Mindset, it's never as far as it seems. Developing a CEO Mindset gives you the vision to see mountains far away and stars beyond the sky.

Your business success can be steps away or miles in the wrong direction. The CEO Mindset gives you the confidence, gall, audacity, and boldness to dare to dream. This mindset carries the leadership potential that causes others to have the desire to follow the CEO. Your magnetic personality pushes others to want to be a part of your team.

The power of a great leader is boundless. Others may not have the vision that a CEO has, but they do have the same desire for success. This desire is what makes the CEO's vision compelling to work towards the goal.

We all desire success and have a glimpse of destiny no matter how small that glimpse is. My slogan "Success is only as far away as you see it" is what dreams are made of. It doesn't matter if it is just a glimpse; it provides enough hope to hold on to. I have watched that glimpse of hope cause individuals to petal backward. The belief that their vision would produce for them was unwavering. Be that as it may, failure was imminent.

This is the importance of developing a growth mindset. Business success is intentional. For this reason, one of my signature courses "Understanding the Business of Business" is crucial for startup and existing businesses. We all had that burning desire as an entrepreneur for business success. Those of us that received the coaching and mentoring to fully understand business forecasting and business revenue drivers were well on our way to success.

The Small business CEO has to prioritize all the aspects of the business. Most small business CEOs also create and distribute the revenue driver of the business. The small business CEO wears so many hats without the knowledge or developing a CEO mindset puts the business in jeopardy.

The answer to the question "How far is destiny"? With the necessary coaching and mentoring, the stars are now within reach and the mountains are only molehills.
