Over the last few years, I've had the privilege of meeting and holding space for many different people from all walks of life. One thing I've noticed is that, despite our differences, they all have one thing in common: a desire for a safe space where they can be heard.

People seated in a circle, clapping during a group discussion on a warm wooden floor, casual and engaged.

I love being that sounding board for others and offering tools that may support them on their journey. Whether someone comes seeking healing, guidance, clarity, or simply a positive and supportive environment, the intention is always the same, to create a space where they feel seen, heard, and valued.

I offer a different perspective when needed, and sometimes I simply listen. At our core, we all seek connection, community, and understanding.

One question I often hear is, "What happens at your circles?" Some people ask if we're doing yoga, while others wonder if we're summoning spirits. There are even those who assume it's something spiritual that may conflict with their personal beliefs. You should always do what feels most comfortable and aligned with your values, but that isn't part of my practice.

My circles are rooted in love, connection, and support. I offer practical tools, gentle movement, reflection, and energy work designed to help people reconnect with themselves and support their overall well-being.

I always tell attendees that everything I do comes from a place of love and light. My intention is never to tell people what to believe, but rather to create a space where they can explore their own thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a supportive environment.

One of the greatest joys for me is reconnecting with participants after a circle and hearing how they have integrated the tools they learned. I love listening to their stories, how they've applied a new practice, reflected on a message they received, or discovered a lesson that continued to unfold long after our time together ended.

The truth is that healing often begins with connection. Sometimes people don't need someone to fix them; they simply need someone willing to sit with them, listen without judgment, and remind them that they are not alone.

That is the joy of holding space.

It's found in the people, their stories, the connections we create, and the healing that naturally unfolds when someone feels truly seen and supported.
