Nina IJsselstijn is a holistic guide and Body & Boundaries coach for women ready to come home to themselves. Through a deeply intuitive and trauma-informed approach, she helps women release old patterns, reconnect with their emotions and bodies, and set loving, firm boundaries. Her work blends energy healing, breathwork, and emotional processing with a soulful, grounded presence. Nina believes healing begins when women stop adapting and start choosing themselves — fully, unapologetically, and with joy. Her mission is to help women live in line with their deepest truth, in safety, flow, and freedom.

What inspired you to create In Line With Yourself?

I know what it feels like to lose yourself. To keep adjusting, to blur your boundaries, to allow others to cross them over and over again. I grew up in an environment where boundaries were barely present. It felt normal until one day, around the age of seventeen, I realized: this isn’t okay.

For years, my boundaries were ignored or violated, which led me on a profound inner journey: to discover who I truly was, where my limits lay, and how I could learn to feel and protect them.

That journey changed everything. I learned to listen to my body, to reclaim my energy, and to stand fully in my truth. In Line With Yourself was born from that experience, not as a business plan, but as a living answer to the question: How can I help women come home to themselves?

My deepest motivation is to guide women back to their inner truth. So they can feel safe in their bodies, protect their boundaries, and live a life that flows from within. A life that’s truly theirs.

How would you describe your core mission or philosophy?

My mission is to guide women from people-pleasing to self-choosing. From survival mode to deep feeling. So they can honor their desires, set boundaries without guilt, and stop living according to others’ expectations.

I believe softness and power can coexist. That true growth begins when you dare to sit with what lives inside you, even when it’s uncomfortable.

In my work, we create a safe and loving space where your body, emotions, and inner knowing can come back online. I work intuitively, somatically, and with deep presence. Everything you feel is welcome.

From that space, clarity arises. And from clarity, movement. That’s when life starts flowing again — with lightness, power, and joy.

What makes your approach unique compared to others in this space?

To me, boundaries are not walls, they’re mirrors. They reflect where you end and someone else begins. And when you no longer know where that is, you lose yourself.

Many women are stuck in old survival patterns: pleasing, shrinking, and overthinking. In our work, we return to the body, where your truth lives. Together, we listen, feel, and release what no longer serves us.

My approach is intuitive and holistic, rooted in deep presence. I don't follow fixed structures; instead, I tune in to what your body, heart, and soul need in the moment. My toolbox includes breathwork, energy healing, constellation work, somatic release, and intuitive touch.

But the magic isn’t in the method; it’s in the connection. In trust. In deep surrender.

My core values: awareness, flow, positivity, purity, and love, are the ground I stand on. And I bring my spiritual identity with me. As a Muslim woman, I live from surrender, connection, and inner clarity. That essence flows through everything I offer in a way that’s inclusive, grounded, and heart-centered.

Who is the ideal client you aim to serve?

My ideal client is an open-hearted, intuitive, and curious woman between the ages of 18 and 35.

She’s reached a point in her life where she feels: I want to come back to myself. She’s sensitive, loves depth, and craves true connection with herself, her body, and her boundaries.

She explores spirituality, follows her inner nudges, and is devoted to her personal growth. She believes that healing takes time and dares to slow down, feel, and go deep into her process. She dares to walk her own path, even when it’s not the easiest one.

She has a big heart for people, for animals, for nature. She values honesty, softness, and equality.

She loves adventure, especially when it leads her into different cultures and slower ways of living, like in Africa or Islamic countries.

She loves to dance. Afrobeats make her come alive. Music, movement, and expression give her energy and joy.

Sometimes, she also carries shame or tension around her sensuality or sexuality. She longs to feel safe in her body, to reconnect with her feminine energy, and to embrace pleasure without guilt or shame.

She is my dream client. And I feel deeply honored to walk alongside women like her as they return home to themselves.

What does it truly mean to live In Line With Yourself?

To me, it means feeling your truth not once every six months, but every day. It means slowing down enough to notice what your body is telling you, and then… having the courage to act on it.

That’s often the hardest part. Because acting on your truth might mean doing something different than the people around you, it might mean leaving your comfort zone. It might feel scary, but behind that fear could be the life you’ve been longing for.

Isn’t that what you really want?

So many people reach the end of their lives with regret:

“I wish I had done that. I wish I had tried.”

Not because they failed, but because they never gave themselves the chance to live.

So I ask you: will you choose love or fear?

Will you keep shrinking, or rise into your deepest desires?

'In Line With Yourself' is more than a brand name. It’s a way of life. A practice. A sacred remembering.

And it’s an invitation to follow your heart, especially when it feels scary.

If a woman reading this feels lost or disconnected, what would you want her to know right now?

Dear woman,

You are not broken.

You don’t need fixing, you just need to come home to yourself.

The numbness, the confusion, the fear, they’re not wrong. They’re signals.

You’ve been surviving. But you don’t have to stay there.

You’re allowed to soften. You’re allowed to take up space.

You’re allowed to live a life that feels like yours.

The deepest healing begins with one breath.

With the courage to feel again.

You’ve never truly lost yourself.

You just forgot how to listen.

And you don’t have to do it alone.

I’m here.

Would you like to explore what In Line With Yourself could mean for you?
