5 steps to reframe challenges

1. Get clear on your goal

Start with the end in mind. How is it going to look on the other side of your challenge? Think of every detail and how you will feel until it feels real.

I was clear that on the other side, I would be a beam of light & vibrant health. That's all I was thinking of every single day.

2. Create a support team

Who has done it, and who can help you? Create a team of people you can truly trust and that you can learn from.

I learned so much from my team and I am so grateful for them. Books and podcasts were also a wealth of information.

3. Feed your mind wisely

Make sure you cut yourself from anything that would either distract you from your goal or that could make you believe it's not possible. Instead, purposefully look for proof that you can achieve this.

I did not look at the stats. I visualized and meditated every single day. I filled the house with positive quotes to remind me that I can achieve anything that my mind believes.

4. Take positive actions with discipline

Move toward your goal every day. Ask yourself: What can I do today that will bring me closer to my end goal? Don't go to bed until it's done.

Every single day, I did my health ritual that involved 3 to 4 hours of my time – No excuses.

5. Celebrate every step

That's right! Celebrate every single step by acknowledging how great you did today! This will help you build confidence and create momentum.

I celebrated every treatment, every little improvement, every walk – everything! I built an unshakable mindset one little success at a time.

Can you see how you can apply these steps to anything? Pick a challenge or a goal and go for it! You've got this!

You can achieve anything you want in life!

I would love to hear about your successes using these steps! Let's connect on social.
