Anne-Sophie Gossan, Transformational Career Coach

Who is Anne-Sophie Gossan? Introduce yourself, your hobbies, your favorites, you at home and in business. Tell us something interesting about yourself.

I am a certified transformational career coach and the founder of Inner Spark Coaching. I'm someone who’s lived the very disruption I now help others navigate. My journey hasn’t been linear, it’s been shaped by reinvention, steady resilience, and the kind of clarity that only comes from being cracked open and choosing to rebuild with intention.

After more than two decades in high-pressure corporate roles while raising two boys, a sudden redundancy shook my identity and forced me to ask a deeper question: What do I truly want? That moment of reckoning led me to coaching, a space where I could reimagine my own story and help others do the same.

Today, I guide women at turning points in their career, those feeling exhausted, stuck, or quietly overwhelmed, toward clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose. My approach blends deep empathy, rooted in lived experience, with practical transformation. Clients say I bring calm, clarity, and the kind of honest support that unlocks real growth. I walk beside them, helping them reconnect with their inner strength and rewrite their story with intention.

I value authenticity, integrity, and honesty, in life and in business. These aren’t just words. They shape how I show up for my clients, my family, my friends, and myself. My vision is to create a ripple effect of resilient women who live authentically, overcome challenges, and embrace their full potential with unwavering confidence and defined purpose.

I believe women need this work now more than ever. The old ways of coping (pushing through burnout, over-functioning, people-pleasing, etc.) no longer serve them. They’re tired of doing it alone, tired of repeating the same patterns, and ready to stop wasting time. Coaching isn’t a quick fix, it’s a catalyst for lasting change. Without it, many stay stuck in frustration. With it, they move forward with clarity and courage.

At home, I live with my husband, our two sons (one now back at university), and our little dog Luna. I'm originally from France and have lived in the UK for 30 years, though I've never worked in France, which I find oddly amusing. I visit often, and find joy in cooking for friends and family, sharing good wine and laughter, diving into books, and yes, I'm a qualified professional scuba diver too.

This is me. This is Inner Spark Coaching. And for those ready to reimagine their story, I'm here to walk beside you.

Who do you help most, and what specific problems do you solve first?

I help women at a turning point, often after a career disruption, redundancy, or other transition, who feel emotionally depleted, uncertain, overwhelmed, scared, and disconnected from their sense of purpose. They’re high-functioning, thoughtful, and often seen as “strong,” but inside they’re quietly asking: Is this all there is?

It’s not a dramatic question. It doesn’t shout. It shows up in quiet moments, between meetings, in the car, or lying awake at 3am. It’s that whisper that says: I’ve done everything I was supposed to… so why does it still feel like something’s missing?

So they’re not just looking for career advice. They’re looking for clarity, emotional resilience, and a way to feel like themselves again.

Before goals, CVs, or productivity hacks, I help clients:

  • Rebuild self-worth and understand their values and strengths

  • Reignite passion and clarity

  • Reframe their story with empathy and courage

  • Begin making emotionally aligned decisions again

This is the emotional reset that makes everything else possible. Without it, they stay stuck at the crossroads. With it, they begin to move forward with intention.

What makes your coaching approach different from other career or life coaches?

My coaching isn’t about quick wins, quick fixes, borrowed frameworks with clichéd checklists. It is deep-rooted in own life experience: navigating high-stakes corporate roles, raising a family, and rebuilding after unexpected career disruption. I’ve been where many of my clients are: emotionally drained, questioning their identity, and unsure how to move forward. That gives me a depth of empathy and insight that goes beyond theory.

I blend strategic clarity with emotional intelligence. My sessions are a space where clients feel safe to be vulnerable, but also challenged to grow. I listen deeply, ask the questions that unlock truth, and I walk beside them through every step of their transformation.

What sets me apart is how I integrate mindset and meaning. I don’t just help clients set goals, I help them reconnect with who they are, and build a life that feels aligned and authentic. It’s not about fixing, it’s about reviving what’s already within.

Clients often tell me they feel seen, heard, and supported in a way they haven’t before. That’s the magic of coaching when it’s done with integrity, honesty, and heart.

How do you tailor a plan inside “The Signature Spark” for unique goals and timelines?

Every woman I work with arrives at a different point in her journey, some after redundancy, some in quiet burnout, some simply asking “what’s next?” That’s why The Signature Spark isn’t a rigid formula. It’s a flexible framework designed to meet you where you are.

We begin with a deep dive into your current reality: what’s dimming your spark, what you long for, and what’s standing in the way. From there, we co-create a plan that reflects your unique goals, emotional pace, and practical timeline. Whether you need clarity, confidence, boundaries, or a full reimagining of your next chapter, we shape the experience around what feels most urgent and most meaningful to you.

Some clients move quickly. Others need space to reflect and recalibrate. Either way, what I do is offer structure, challenge, and support so you can move forward with intention, not overwhelm.

This isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about building lasting, confident change rooted in emotional resilience and aligned action.

When is “Find Your Va Va Voom” the right choice versus “Thrive & Shine”?

Both experiences support women through transitions, but they differ in depth, intensity, and ambition.

Thrive & Shine is ideal if you’re emerging from a transition like redundancy or personal reinvention and want structured support to rebuild confidence, rediscover your identity, and move forward with clarity. It’s a five-step (five sessions + a DISC assessment) empowerment journey that helps you set meaningful goals, address self-doubt, and create a fulfilling new chapter with balance and resilience.

Find Your Va Va Voom is a premium, six-step (between 8 and 12 sessions + a DISC assessment) experience for women ready to go deeper. It’s designed for those seeking profound transformation, not just recovery, but reinvention. This is for you if you’re craving life mastery, sustained success, and a bold redefinition of your path. With intensive coaching and high-impact strategies, it helps you cultivate lasting self-belief, emotional resilience, and the clarity to thrive on your own terms.

In essence, Thrive & Shine helps you rebuild, Find Your Va Va Voom helps you reinvent.

If someone is on the fence, what’s the first small step you recommend they take today?

Talk to me. I offer a free 30-minute session where we explore where you are right now and what might be dimming your spark.

This isn’t just a discovery call. It’s a mutual check-in: Are we the right fit? Am I the coach who can walk beside you in this next chapter? And do I believe I can help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose?
