Sharkina Parker, Money Mindset Coach

Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.

Hi! My name is Sharkina Parker and I’m a Money Mindset Coach on a mission to help people elevate their mindsets so that they can elevate their finances. I thoroughly enjoy reading to consistently expand my mind, as well as basking in nature to get replenished from day to day life. I am also really passionate about criminal justice reform and hope to have my own nonprofit in the future.

What is your business name and how do you help your clients?

I’m the CEO of the Transformation Agency LLC, where I help millennials get crystal clear on their money goals so that they can live life on their own terms.

What would you like to achieve for yourself and your business in the future?

I would love to travel and teach internationally in order to have an international message as well as an international impact. I would love to see people apply the various money principles in their specific currencies. That would be absolutely amazing. Also, in the future I would like to have my own certification program to teach other individuals who are interested in coaching in order to help them get started with turning their purpose into a reality that feeds their soul and their monetary goals.

Question: Who inspires you to be the best that you can be?

I find inspiration from anyone who is currently living their life authentically. It’s not always one person directly for me, but more so finding inspiration from individuals that are applying the principles of life intentionally instead of allowing life to dictate their destiny that inspires me. However, I’m inspired by a collective of individuals from different industries, and backgrounds that inspire my creativity in different ways.

What is your work inspired by?

My work is inspired by my personal experiences. I believe that the best teacher is one who is personally connected to their message because it means more to express it as well as to help people to learn it from a genuine place.

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.

A pivotal moment for me was observing how people move through life and realizing that people were scared of money, and as a result of that fear they accepted life as it was even if they didn’t like it there. This really bothered me because it signified that people were allowing their potential to be wasted because of a fear that they had that could be resolved simply with better information. This is where I began to make it my mission to not only change that narrative in the lives of others, but to help them through that process as well.
