As the Founder of VIVE and a world-class Master Coach, you’re helping a lot of celebrities with inner mindset work. How did you become so good at this that celebrities on the highest level need your help to feel well and perform within their different industries?

My father’s been a filmmaker for over 30 years so I learned a lot from witnessing his career journey. I came to a point where I understood them better than others and knew how to work with them in ways others couldn’t. I’m also a big believer of exclusivity and privacy for the client so I’ve seen my highest-end clients respect that very much. For me, it’s not about the ‘clout’, but about the difference we’re making for a creator in how they’re inspiring all of us to be different and better.

What are the most common challenges that celebrities face and how do you help them with this?

They want everyone to view them as the perfect version of themselves, and they want all big issues resolved before it goes to press. However, it comes down to the fact that they aren’t perfect, and I work with them to accept that. What matters more is the work they do within themselves to face the music on what needs healing so they can move forward in their craft in the most authentic way. They truly learn how their mess is their message in the work we do together.

You’ve been an entrepreneur since you were young. When did you start your journey and why?

I got the vision and started the research for my mental health company for creators, VIVE™, at 14 years old. Then, I founded the company in 2010 in my early 20s after getting fired from Fox Television Stations. I wasn’t able to keep up going to college for accounting and coaching school, while trying to have a social life and work for one of the most powerful VP Controllers in Corporate. So I took my 401K, made a TON of mistakes, then finally started to figure things out in this pandemic. I started the company because of my mother’s mental illness diagnosis. After that happened, it all made sense why I was attracting the energy I didn’t want to attract in my life - it was because of everything I experienced at home.

I began this theory that if we knew how to care for ourselves in our energy and mental health in an aligned way, we could still make a difference and live our purpose regardless of our circumstances.

You have a whole team at VIVE working with you to become the successful brand that you are. How important is the team to you?

VERY. There are three things that matter to me in the VIVE™ family - communication, deadlines, and family connection. I’m big on us being a powerful collaboration of creators as my CCO puts it as well as being a unique family who understands each other. I’m super passionate about detail and an exquisite client experience and I don’t make that happen without my team. I’m huge on creating the visuals that inspire our clients every year to be the best versions of themselves for the purpose they’re meant to live and the difference they're meant to make. I do everything in my power to be the best example I can be for my team when it comes to showing the importance of being the best in our work for our clients, and I do my best to hear them while being that example. We’re a unit. I’m no one’s boss. We simply inspire each other to perform our best so we can do our job in enhancing mental health for creators across the world while also keeping our mental health a priority.

Decreasing stress and anxiety is something a lot of people want to achieve. This is one of your areas of expertise. What results can someone expect from working with you on this?

Stress comes when we’re not being honest with ourselves. Therefore, I help our clients see the truth in where their anxiety is coming from. There’s no need to overwhelm ourselves when we can simply face what’s truly in front of us. For example, if you’re stressed over a project, is it really the project stressing you out? Or is it the fear of whether you’re enough or not to do great in that project? Maybe you need to learn a new skill or two to hit the next level in your craft so you bring the value home in that project and then you can finally deliver in confidence. Maybe we’re not caring enough in alignment for our physical, emotional, or mental health and it’s time to start taking that seriously and it’s getting in the way of our performance. The secret is to be present with our clients while they discover what’s really in their way so they can succeed in their craft the way they desire, and remind them to HAVE FUN on that journey - not beat themselves up for it. When that happens, then we can lower the stress and anxiety and the client can see what it looks like when he or she loves the journey just as much as the destination aimed for. Our work entails ending trends that have been haunting us for generations no longer serving us - we can’t give those toxic trends power anymore. It’s time to replace them with trends that were meant to serve us all along.

So, what’s the next big goal or project for Nastasya Rose and how can someone get in contact with you?

We’ve got some really exciting projects happening that we can’t talk about just yet so stay tuned for those, but when it comes to how anyone can work with us, there are two signature services we’re excited for. We’re reviving our signature VIVE Lounge™ membership for creators who desire to get clear in their vision so they can make the larger investments in confidence to help make their vision alive after two years of serving this community for free during the pandemic so they had a safe space to go and get clear in their vision. We’re also getting ready to serve in our next round of our award-winning signature Rock the Energy Detox™ Experience which is a powerful 6-month experience for creators who desire to scale their vision to success while putting their energy and mental health first. As for our higher-end celebrities reading this, if they wish to work with me they can choose the VIP VIVE Customization option on our website. Anyone interested in any of these signature services can apply at whyvive.com, and my Instagram is @nastasyarose for personal and @whyvive for business.

Thank you for having me. It’s an honour. We look forward to serving everyone in 2022 and beyond.
