Jess Frost, is an Empowerment Coach for Highly Sensitive People and Empaths. After years of being told she was "too sensitive", burning out and numbing out due to overstimulation and overwhelm, Jess' world started making sense when she identified as a Highly Sensitive Person and Empath. She now dedicates her time to supporting other HSP's and Empaths around the globe. Jess runs 1:1 and group programmes to help HSP's and Empaths to stand in their authentic, sensitive superpowers and heal their shadow with NLP and Time Line Therapy. She is also the host of The EMpowering PATH podcast.

Jess Frost, Empowerment Coach

Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better. Hi there! My name is Jess Frost, a UK based Empowerment Coach for highly sensitive women. I am an HSP, Empath, INFP, Enneagram 4, Pisces, Manifestor Human Design and Ambivert (blend of introvert and extrovert). I must admit, that I am not a huge fan of ‘labels’, however, understanding all of these parts of myself has been pivotal to my growth. For 33 years of my life, I wasn’t aware of my HSP trait or my co-dependency, which I had developed as a result of emotionally caretaking for others from a very young age. By the time I reached my 30’s, I had crippling people-pleasing and perfectionist tendencies and lived almost constantly in fight or flight mode. I was completely detached from my body, was unable to identify what I needed or how to process my core emotions. I learnt to push my emotions and sensitivity down as a survival mechanism, that lead to emotional eruptions during my adult life, along with intermittent panic attacks. After investing a great deal of time, money and energy in my own healing and self-development, I decided that my soul’s purpose was to help other highly sensitive women to honour their emotions and needs and start stepping into their sensitive superpowers. I am a huge mental health advocate and I help to train peer support workers within mental health services. I believe in the power of holding space for other humans to safely express, inquire, heal and find their own answers.

I am trained in areas such as breakthrough coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Leadership and Psychology, and bring a holistic, embodied approach to my coaching practice.

Outside of my wonderful work, I love spending time with my incredible partner, friends and family, as well as our cat called ‘Mouse’! I thrive when spending time within nature, listening to music, practising Qigong and breathwork, as well as witnessing inspirational humans standing in their powers. Favourite TV shows include Ted Lasso, The Handmaid’s Tale, Succession and This is Us. Some of my favourite humans include Brene Brown and Glennon Doyle. What is your business name and how do you help your clients?

I am known as The Highly Sensitive Coach and I help highly sensitive and empathic women with my 1:1 and group coaching programmes. I support my 1:1 clients throughout the year and run my 12-week group empowerment programme, Sensitive Soul Society twice a year. I am especially excited to be running more live events across the UK in 2022, where we can thrive with the collective energy. Watch this space!

I help my HSP clients to build on their self-awareness, understand their mind and body, develop their soul (self) care, and start to cultivate authentic self-confidence. This is not about changing who people are, but rather walking alongside them as they come back to themselves.

I am trained to work with people’s unconscious and subconscious minds, so they can start letting go of what no longer serves them and confidently know what does work for them going forward.

I am hugely passionate about energy. Energy is a huge part of soul care for a HSP and Empath, and I love supporting people to start prioritising their own needs and protect their energy fiercely with tailored, firm boundaries.

I am also the host of The Empowering PATH Podcast, where I share my empowering journey, as well as the stories of my wonderful guests. What would you like to achieve for yourself and your business in the future?

To support as many highly sensitive people as I can, via a range of services at different price points. I want every HSP to know that they are widely capable and that by putting themselves and their self-development first, they can start cultivating the self-awareness, confidence and the life they dream of.

I plan to become more trauma-informed and train as an emotional freedom breathwork practitioner by the end of 2022.

I am now committed to the ebbs and flows of life and business. I want to fully commit to my personal and professional development so I can be the best support I can be to my incredible clients and connections. Who inspires you to be the best that you can be?

Every single person daring greatly and stepping into the arena to help others thrive. Those people who continue to push themselves out of their comfort zone, lean into fear for a wider soul led purpose. My clients also inspire me to be the best human and coach I can be. What is your work inspired by?

My holistic coaching is inspired by my own empowering path and healing journey. It was inspired by my ‘dark nights of the soul’ and my lowest moments when I doubted if I was able to move forward. I am inspired daily by the power of ‘the work’, and how investing in my trauma healing, self-development and training have changed not just my life but the life of others along the way. Healing is infectious, it impacts others in ways that we may never fully know. It is incredible, and I am forever grateful that I embarked on my empowering path and can call this my ‘work’ today. Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.

Wow, that is a tough one! Can I say a few?!

Launching my coaching practice has to be my biggest career achievement so far. In my first year of the business, I had the pleasure of coaching 20 wonderful highly sensitive women and watching them on their incredible empowering journey. I am also so proud of The EMpowering PATH Podcast, and the feedback it has received since it launched in June 2021, along with my group programme, Sensitive Soul Society, which launched in December 2021. I always dreamt of creating a group programme for highly sensitive women to come together, do their shadow work, meet like-minded people and come back to their authentic, sensitive selves with confidence. With very little idea of how well it would be received, I was blown away by the 18 sensitive souls who joined me for the 12-week empowerment experience. The members used the following words to describe Sensitive Soul Society:

“Life-altering”

“Transformational”

“A safe space”

“Like coming home”

“Healing”

“Heart-warming”

It has been the most incredible ride so far, and I am so excited to be on this mission. To everyone that I have had the pleasure of connecting and working with so far, it has been wonderful.

Until next time, take care and protect your energy
