What inspired you to become a transformational coach?

Inspiration came from my own journey of healing after reaching a point in life of feeling deeply unfulfilled; The rock bottom. There was a voice inside whispering that I was meant for something more, and it took an insane amount of courage to listen to it. After immersing myself in the work of understanding the subconscious mind, unconscious mind, healing emotional wounds, going to therapy, having a life coach, being led by a priest, and reconnecting with my purpose, my life transformed in ways I never imagined.

Becoming a transformational coach was a natural progression from that journey. I felt called to help others break free from their limitations and step into their power. It’s humbling to guide people through a process I deeply believe in because I’ve lived it myself. Witnessing others step into their potential fills me with gratitude every day.

What new journeys are you creating to help clients break free from self-sabotage?

This year’s focus is on two new big journeys designed to address the root causes of self-sabotage, which often stem from limiting beliefs and patterns embedded in the subconscious & unconscious mind. Many people don’t realize that their behaviors are driven by stories they’ve unconsciously adopted—stories about worth, success, and what’s possible for them.

In the journeys, we work on gently identifying these stories and replacing them with empowering beliefs. Through a blend of mindset work, practical tools, and guided affirmations, clients learn to build trust with themselves again. The process is as much about self-compassion as it is about accountability and acceptance. What makes them special is the holistic approach—integrating the mind, body, and spirit, so that clients feel a deep, sustainable shift, rather than just a surface-level change.

It all began with my belief that the best leaders in the world teach others how to lead, how to shine, how to claim the space that has always been theirs, and how to elevate every area of their lives to the next level.

Why is balancing masculine and feminine energies key to personal growth?

Balancing masculine and feminine energies is important because these energies represent the duality we all carry within us. The masculine embodies structure, action, focus & motivation, while the feminine represents intuition, flow, creativity and rest. When these energies are imbalanced, we might find ourselves overworking, feeling disconnected, or struggling to find clarity. For many, the reality is even that they are stuck in their wounded masculine or feminine energy.

True personal growth happens when we can align these energies. Healed masculine energy supports us in taking inspired action, and healed feminine energy guides us to act from a place of intuition and alignment. It’s not about gender, it’s about harmony within ourselves. When we balance these energies, we step into a flow state where life feels purposeful and abundant. I believe this balance is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves when walking this path of life.

How do you help clients discover and pursue their true purpose?

Discovering purpose starts with creating a space to reconnect with who we truly are at the core of our being, and who we were before anyone told us who to be. So many of us are conditioned to live according to others’ expectations, and that can drown out the voice of our soul. I help them tune into their inner wisdom by asking powerful questions: What lights you up? What feels effortless yet meaningful? Where have you overcome challenges in a way that could inspire or serve others? What feels like it’s missing in your life now?

Once we uncover these, creating a vision leads to actionable steps toward aligning their life with that purpose. Purpose isn’t always a massive, singular calling—it’s often found in the small, consistent ways we bring joy and value to the world. My role is to help them see that their purpose is already within them—it just needs space and spark to grow.

What topics on your podcast resonate most with your audience?

The audience is drawn to topics that combine practical guidance with deep soul work. Episodes on overcoming limiting beliefs, embracing authenticity, and manifesting from a place of alignment are especially popular. I also explore themes like healing childhood wounds, navigating uncertainty, and finding peace in chaos; from feeling stuck in life to liberation.

It has been a surprise to notice how deeply listeners connect with episodes where I share my own struggles and breakthroughs. It’s a reminder that vulnerability is a bridge to connection. We crave authenticity and a sense of belonging, and the goal is to create a space where feeling seen, heard, and inspired leads to taking the next step. It can sometimes feel egoistic to talk about myself and my own journey but I have noticed that this is when the connection really hits deep.

What first steps do you recommend for those feeling stuck in life?

When you feel stuck, the first step is to pause and get curious about where you are. Often, we’re so busy trying to ‘fix’ things that we forget to sit with our feelings and ask: What is this moment trying to teach me?

From there, reconnect with yourself through small, intentional practices—journaling, meditation, or simply spending time in nature. These practices quiet the world's noise and help you hear your inner voice. This process can be metaphorically viewed as “going into your feminine”.

After reconnecting with your feminine, I advise you to invite the masculine power of taking action.

With that masculine energy, we turn to clarity. Clarity is the medicine for feeling overwhelmed, or “stuck” in life. Make an action plan with small steps that feel like the right direction. Small action steps—no matter how tiny—create momentum.

Finally, remind yourself that being stuck isn’t a permanent state. It’s simply a season, and every season has a purpose in your growth. Be gentle with yourself as you move forward. No flowers bloom all year round & “One Step Back Could Be Ten Steps Forward In Disguise”.

The most important step is the first step: Remember that every setback has a purpose. Go into the purpose before trying to fix it or moving forward.
