Entering Your Unique Multi-Dimensional Reality Through Quantum Healing Hypnosis – Part 1

In her debut book, Ascension. Her own story of spiritual awakening has initiated an abundant contact with her soul essence.
A Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session allows you to enter your own special field of quantum energies, frequencies, and dimensions. Clients feel drawn to the sessions mostly because of one or both of the following. Many people believe in the system of reincarnation. They are extremely curious about exploring their past, or rather, their multi-dimensional lifetimes. Other humans are overstrained and desperate due to physical suffering, so they are open to getting in contact with their soul's essence to heal. This contact provides insights into a soul's universal knowledge and experiences and, consequently, the processing of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
The earthly “normal” life and consciousness mostly fit the soul's plan, as the planet serves as a school, providing all the prerequisites for soul lessons and ascension. Three-dimensional frequency on planet Earth allows the individual consciousness only strictly limited access to universal wholeness and knowledge. This is a clever tactic that guarantees the most efficient and successful accomplishment of lessons and, therefore, a high likelihood of soul ascension.
Human beings enter planet Earth with no memory of who they are in essence and soul, or of their state of wisdom. As they have come to learn, starting at point zero provides the best preconditions for achieving the highest gains.
The soul's lessons and development while incarnated at Earth school are previously and elaborately laid out in a soul plan. The planning is carried out by the soul itself, probably entering arrangements with every interested soul of the eternal universal width and, most importantly, with its soul fellows, already and for a never-ending time and space being part of its great ascension history. The cast will be assembled. Roles and characters as friends, foes, lovers, and haters are assigned. A universal, unconditional kind of cosmic love directs the play.
From my own perspective, looking at the cast of my own directed play in this current lifetime, I am more than grateful for all these souls who again agreed to come with me to this actually suffering planet Earth. Just to make it clear, I love you, babes. Unconditionally and for everything. Thank you for coming with me. Thank you again, and as always, for playing an epic and spectacular game with me.
Always present, even while playing the Earth game, are the soul's universal and cosmic parts, which support its path with helpful hints. These hints, on the one hand, could at first be identified as physical disturbances, such as specific diseases or sudden accidents, prompting the soul to realise that something profound in spiritual development momentarily veers in the “wrong” direction. On the other hand, little but striking hints and messages are created and presented by the universe, especially after the start of the awakening process, everywhere and at all times.
A very common example is the synchronicity of numbers, which emphasises that you are on the right path and making the right decisions. After realising these hints and the direct contact with universal forces, it is amazingly helpful and comforting to receive caring and tender aid. The characters of the soul's parts during its time on planet Earth represent the so-called “Subconscious” or “Higher Self,” which Dolores Cannon, the founder of QHHT, discovered and depicted excellently.
Dolores started her career in the United States as a hypnotherapist specialising in past life regression in the 1960s. While passionately practising her special technique of Quantum Healing Hypnosis, Dolores discovered a unique energetic force, the Subconscious of her clients. For her, this is the greatest force in the universe, as it can answer any client's question and instantly heal everything. Furthermore, the Subconscious possesses not only all knowledge of the session soul, but also knowledge of the entire universal world.
I see Dolores's beautiful work as an outstandingly beneficial method for establishing a constant connection to your subconsciousness. It is a highly effective form of self-help. In my opinion, it is most important to realise that you cannot compare any path of any soul to any other path. Every spiritual path is absolutely unique. You can take from every coaching method everything that resonates with you. But it is inevitable to realise that not every successful and sustainable coaching method resonates fully with every matchless soul identity.
It is about integrating inner resonance and natural intuition. Consequently, the QHHT session helps you open the channels to your Higher Self, and this connection continues after the session. You gain the powerful ability to remain in direct contact with yourself to move forward, learn the lessons, integrate the matching coaching classes, and rise to higher frequencies. Your unique gift of intuition becomes fully integrated into your present life and reality.
Once a client decides to have a QHHT session, mental and physical preparation begins on both sides. The client and the practitioner enter a special session dimension, sparking highly efficient and magical preliminaries. For me, as a practitioner, every first contact with a client begins a deep personal soul connection. Having the first contact with my client, whether in person or by phone, already creates a fundamental bond, allowing me to feel the soul's unique traits and, not infrequently, also its essence.
My preparation includes, in addition to the first general talk, sending an anamnesis questionnaire and a document outlining the session's importance for the future client. In parallel, I provide clients with information about the best physical and mental preparation. Getting to know their practitioner for the first time, receiving written information, and reflecting on their individual status, problems, and session aims creates, for my clients most of the time, the same pre-session bonding as it does for me.
This is the preparatory act of entering our divine and celestial journey dimension with a connection of sympathy and trust, supporting and guaranteeing a calm, cosy, and secure session atmosphere.
My session day starts with arranging a sacred, high-frequency session space. This space vibe led me to create my business name, The Soul Sanctuary. Personally, I feel strongly about creating a magical and secure space that lets my clients experience the natural flow of relaxation, ease, and security. The last part of the preparation is a short and crisp tarot card reading, always predicting, in a true and summarised way, the development of the soul journey.
The rocket countdown from ten to one starts immediately with our physical coming together. Perfectly prepared, the client and I enter the multi-dimensional soul journey fast and full of love.
