As a Life Coach & Mentor, my role is multifaceted and deeply rewarding. Here's an overview of my primary responsibilities and duties:

  • Guiding Personal Growth and Development: My foremost responsibility is to support clients in identifying their goals, overcoming obstacles, and unlocking their full potential. I provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability as they embark on their journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

  • Empowering Clients: I empower clients to cultivate self-awareness, confidence, and resilience. Through reflective questioning, active listening, and compassionate support, I help them tap into their inner wisdom, clarify their values, and align their actions with their aspirations.

  • Providing Mentorship: In addition to coaching, I offer mentorship to clients seeking guidance in specific areas of their lives or careers. Whether it's navigating a career transition, building a business, or enhancing leadership skills, I draw upon my expertise and experience to provide practical advice and insights.

  • Creating Personalised Plans: I collaborate with clients to create personalised action plans that are tailored to their unique needs, strengths, and circumstances. These plans outline clear goals, strategies, and milestones to help clients stay focused and motivated as they work towards their objectives.

  • Offering Support and Accountability: I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges, fears, and aspirations. I hold them accountable for taking consistent action towards their goals, offering encouragement and feedback along the way.

  • Facilitating Transformation: My ultimate goal is to facilitate transformational change in clients' lives. Whether it's overcoming limiting beliefs, developing new habits, or improving relationships, I help clients break through barriers and create lasting positive change.

  • Continuous Learning and Growth: As a lifelong learner myself, I continuously seek out opportunities to enhance my skills, knowledge, and effectiveness as a coach and mentor. I stay abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in coaching and personal development to better serve my clients.

Overall, my role as a Life Coach & Mentor is to inspire, empower, and support clients on their journey towards greater fulfillment, success, and well-being. It's a privilege to witness their growth, resilience, and transformation as they step into their full potential and create lives they love.

What inspired you to pursue a career in Coaching and mentoring? Can you share a bit about your journey to becoming a coach?

It all started when I was in France and decided to study psychology. I wanted to understand us as human being better and being able to help people. This is how it started.

And then when I came to Australie almost 9 years ago now I started being more involved in the coaching industry and I absolutely loved it. I liked the idea of combining my knowledge in psychology and coaching to create a bigger impact in people’s lives.

Here's how I approach working with clients or individuals seeking my services, from initial contact to achieving their goals:

  • Initial Contact and Assessment: When a potential client reaches out to me, whether through email, phone, or social media, I begin by scheduling an initial consultation. This consultation serves as an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss their goals and challenges, and determine if we're a good fit to work together.

  • Goal Setting and Action Planning: Together, we identify key areas for growth or improvement and outline actionable steps to help them achieve their desired outcomes. I encourage clients to take an active role in this process, as their commitment and engagement are essential for success.

  • Coaching/Mentoring Sessions: With goals in place, we begin our coaching/mentoring sessions. These sessions typically take place on a regular basis (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly) and can be conducted over the phone, or via video conferencing, depending on the client's preferences. During each session, we explore topics relevant to their goals, such as mindset shifts, skill development, behaviour change, and overcoming obstacles. I provide guidance, support, and accountability as they take steps towards their objectives, offering insights, strategies, and tools to help them navigate challenges and stay on track.

  • Progress Monitoring and Adjustments: Throughout our work together, I regularly assess their progress and adjust our approach as needed. This may involve revisiting their goals, refining action plans, or exploring new strategies to overcome emerging obstacles. I encourage open communication and feedback, inviting clients to share their experiences, insights, and any concerns they may have. This collaborative approach allows us to stay aligned and make informed decisions to support their growth and development.

  • Celebrating Success and Reflection: As clients make progress towards their goals, I celebrate their achievements and milestones, acknowledging their hard work and dedication. This positive reinforcement helps to boost their confidence and motivation, reinforcing their commitment to the process.

By following this process, I aim to provide clients with a supportive, empowering, and transformative experience that enables them to achieve their goals, unlock their full potential, and thrive in all areas of their lives.

What do you find most rewarding about your work as a Life Coach & Mentor? What keeps you motivated and inspired in your role?

What I find most rewarding about my work as a Life Coach & Mentor is witnessing the profound transformations that my clients experience. Seeing them overcome obstacles, break through limiting beliefs, and unlock their full potential fills me with immense joy and fulfilment.

What keeps me motivated and inspired in my role is the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives every day. Knowing that I have the privilege to guide and support individuals as they navigate their personal and professional journeys fills me with a sense of purpose and meaning.

Moreover, the relationships I build with my clients are incredibly rewarding. I cherish the trust and connection we share, and I am continually inspired by their courage, resilience, and growth. Their progress fuels my passion for coaching and motivates me to continuously strive for excellence in my practice.

Ultimately, the ability to witness the tangible, lasting change in my clients' lives is what keeps me motivated and inspired to show up fully in my role as a Life Coach & Mentor every single day. It's an honour and a privilege to play a part in their journey towards greater fulfilment, success, and well-being.

In your opinion, what are the most important qualities or skills for someone in your field to possess? How do you continue to develop and refine these skills over time?

In my opinion, several qualities and skills are crucial for someone in the field of life coaching and mentoring:

  • Empathy: The ability to empathise with clients, understand their perspectives, and validate their experiences is essential for building trust and rapport.

  • Active Listening: Being able to listen attentively, without judgment or interruption, allows coaches to fully understand clients' needs, concerns, and aspirations.

  • Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication skills are vital for conveying ideas, providing feedback, and facilitating meaningful conversations with clients.

  • Empowerment: A successful coach empowers clients to take ownership of their lives, make decisions, and create positive change. This involves fostering self-awareness, confidence, and self-efficacy in clients.

  • Problem-Solving: Coaches must be adept at helping clients identify challenges, explore solutions, and develop action plans to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

  • Boundary Setting: Establishing and maintaining clear boundaries is crucial for creating a safe and professional coaching relationship while ensuring ethical practice.

  • Continual Learning: Given the ever-evolving nature of coaching and personal development, a commitment to lifelong learning is essential. Coaches should stay informed about new methodologies, research findings, and best practices in the field.

Can you discuss any ongoing projects or initiatives you're currently working on? What are your goals or aspirations for the future of your career?

I am currently working on launching my 3-month coaching program called "Empowered Goddess." This program is designed to teach, coach, and mentor women in prioritising themselves from a holistic perspective—mind, body, and soul. I am incredibly excited about this opportunity and can't wait to begin working with amazing women.
