If you are like so many of the clients I have worked with over the years in my work as a licensed clinical psychologist, addiction and trauma specialist, and empowerment coach, you have some level of fear that is creating anxiety and impacting your ability to create your life and the success you desire.

What are these fears? Where do they come from?

I have found that the there are several common fears most people have. Many of them don’t even realize these fears are there; they have been functioning from them for so long, they see them as a “normal” part of living and reality.

The great news is that we can easily discover these hidden fears and actually change them.

What are your fears?

Take a situation in your life that isn’t working the way you would like it to. This could be a relationship, job, family dynamic, or money and finances.

Ask: What is underlying fear creating this as a problem?

Some of the most common fears I hear from clients include fears of failure (and success), and the fear of being judged, rejected, or hurt.

These, and all fears, typically come from childhood and from core false beliefs we develop in that time of life such as ‘“I’m not enough,” or “People don’t like me.” With these beliefs in place, we see everything through the lens of how bad and scary it all can be. Our point of view creates our reality, so when we believe these things, they is actually mirrored back to us in just about everything that shows up in life.

In working with clients on the issues of fear, I use some highly effective evidence-based energy psychology techniques to clear the beliefs, judgments and energies that are creating the fear. These include EFT Tapping, Be Set Free Fast™, Neuro Emotional Technique, and the Access Consciousness® clearing statement.

The results of these techniques are quick and dramatic. If clients rate their own levels of fear before and after employing these tools, there is often a dramatic shift in self-reported levels of fear and anxiety. Clients report feelings of peace and clarity in just a matter of minutes.

It’s one of the greatest joys of my work is to see the powerful and immediate results of these holistic modalities and how they produce lasting results in just a few sessions. These changes are far more rapid than what we see with traditional talk therapy or other approaches. I invite people to experience holistic and energy psychology practices for themselves rather than believing me or the science; simply try it out and see what it creates for you.

I know that there are so many people stuck in fear and this doesn’t have to be so. We have the tools to change fear and anxiety and regain our innate sense of potency and control.

When fear encroaches on your life, please know that there are simple and fast techniques to address this fear, and change it.

If you would like to know more about the top five fears that limit you and learn tools to clear them immediately, you are invited to join me for a special one-time Zoom workshop called The Top 5 Fears That Limit You, available here.
