Marine Sebire, Mind-Body Strength Coach for Moms

Who is Marine Sebire? Introduce yourself, your hobbies, your favorites, you at home and in business. Tell us something interesting about yourself.

I’m Marine mom of two adorable teenage boys (adorable at least when they want to be) and a coach for over a decade.

Movement is a big part of who I am. You’ll usually find me at the gym or on a tennis court, and on Friday nights, you’ll usually find me on the couch with my boys for a movie night. The funny thing is, I rarely see the end of any movie I almost always fall asleep mid-snack, cuddled between them. But honestly, those short naps with my kids mean more to me than any perfect cinematic experience.

One thing people notice quickly about me is that wellness tends to be a little contagious around me. If you spend enough time with me, you’ll probably start making small changes in your life without even realizing it. I’ve seen it again and again, from country to country, friends, acquaintances, and even people I randomly meet pick up one or two of my habits. And nothing makes me happier than witnessing someone improve their life simply because they felt inspired.

Something interesting about me is that I’m a true introvert who loves her alone time, yet I’m deeply fascinated by people. I could spend hours listening to someone’s story. Every person is a universe of their own, sometimes similar to mine, sometimes completely unexpected, and discovering that world is always such a meaningful, enriching experience for me.

That’s me in a nutshell: a mom, a coach, a quiet observer, and someone who finds joy in helping others become the strongest version of themselves, often without even trying.

What inspired you to become a strength and mindset coach for women?

Two major moments shaped the woman and coach I am today: the day I almost lost my son, and my divorce.

My younger son went through a lot in his first few months of life. After two emergency C-sections and months filled with fear, I completely let myself go. I was exhausted, unhealthy, depressed, and running on empty. My entire world revolved around keeping him alive until the day I saw this tiny baby fighting harder than I ever had. Watching him fight for his life snapped something inside me. I promised myself I would fight too by taking care of my health, rebuilding my strength, and becoming the happiest version of myself for him and his brother.

I changed my lifestyle, started working out, improved my nutrition, and slowly found myself again. Other moms noticed the transformation and began asking for help, which naturally led me to become a personal trainer.

But the biggest shift in my mindset and ultimately in the way I coach women came years later with my divorce.

After a 16-year relationship, two kids, and countless memories, my husband asked for a divorce. For a moment, I truly believed I wouldn’t survive it. He had been my world, and suddenly that world collapsed. But I refused to let that moment define me. I needed to be strong for my kids, and I needed to prove to myself that I could rebuild a life on my own terms.

So I began a deeper healing journey, integrating new habits, learning to sit with my emotions, pushing myself out of my comfort zone, and reconnecting with my identity. And through that process, I discovered a strength I didn’t know I had. I felt more confident, more grounded, and more in control of my happiness than ever before.

I studied the methods that helped me heal, mindset work, emotional regulation, breathwork, routines, and holistic lifestyle strategies, and incorporated them into my coaching. Today, I don’t just help women get physically strong. I help them build emotional resilience, self-confidence, and a mindset that can carry them through the hardest chapters of their lives.

Looking back, those two painful experiences were actually gifts. They taught me who I am, what I’m capable of, and how I can lead other women through their own transformations with compassion, strength, and purpose.

Can you explain the unique blend of functional fitness, emotional resilience, and mindset work in your coaching?

My coaching blends functional fitness, emotional resilience, and mindset work because I’ve learned personally and through years of coaching, that you cannot transform one part of your life while neglecting the others. Physical, mental, and emotional health are deeply interconnected. When one is out of balance, the others inevitably suffer.

My own journey allows me to truly relate to my clients’ pain. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in survival mode. And I also know what it takes to rebuild; not just your body, but your identity, your confidence, and your inner strength.

This is why I take the time to deeply connect with my clients, to understand what they’re carrying, and to give them the tools that will genuinely shift their patterns. We work on breaking the vicious cycle, reframing their mindset, and building emotional resilience so they can navigate stress, anxiety, and life’s challenges without losing themselves.

Alongside this inner work, I provide convenient and personalized 1:1 workouts through video calls, paired with practical nutrition guidance. This allows them to build a strong, functional, and healthy body that supports their lifestyle and longevity.

Together, these elements create a foundation that is stable, sustainable, and truly transformative.

I guide my clients to uncover their “why,” explore the root cause of their struggles, and develop habits that lead to lasting change. My goal isn’t just to help women get physically stronger, it’s to help them become the most aligned, grounded, and confident version of themselves, in their body, mind, and life.

What makes your program different from others?

What makes my program different is that it’s not a “one-size-fits-all” plan. In fact, I don’t even like calling it a program. It’s a personalized method built around the individual woman in front of me.

I work 1:1 with every client entirely online, but never in a distant or automated way. I build real human connections through live video calls, virtual workouts, and consistent support. I genuinely believe that having someone show up with you, in real time, is one of the most powerful ways to create lasting lifestyle change, no matter where you live.

Before we even begin, I take the time to truly get to know my clients: their story, their challenges, their goals, and where they want to be in 3, 6, or 12 months. From there, we build a roadmap that fits their life, not the other way around.

Because every woman is different, different pasts, different obstacles, different dreams, different pace.

I believe every woman can succeed, but I also believe they each need their own path to get there. My role is to walk that path with them step by step and guide them into the strongest, healthiest, and most aligned version of themselves.

What sustainable habits do you recommend to fuel energy and promote long-term wellness?

When it comes to long-term wellness and steady energy, I always start with simple, sustainable habits the kind that feel good, fit your lifestyle, and become part of who you are rather than something you force yourself to do.

A calm morning routine makes all the difference.

And I don’t mean those unrealistic viral routines you see on social media. I mean, giving yourself just a few extra minutes in the morning to begin the day in peace instead of rushing. Even five minutes of breathing, journaling, or quiet time helps regulate your nervous system before the chaos begins.

Movement matters consistency over intensity.

Movement is essential for both physical and mental health. It doesn’t need to be a long workout. A 20-minute strength session, a walk, mobility work, or a short virtual workout with me can shift your entire mood, and those small daily efforts compound into real transformation.

Keep nutrition simple.

You don’t need complicated diets. Prioritize whole foods, focus on protein at every meal, stay hydrated, and aim for balanced plates that keep your energy stable instead of spiking and crashing.

Make space for yourself without guilt.

Most women push through stress until they burn out. They show up for everyone, kids, partners, colleagues, friends, and forget themselves in the process. It’s important to remember that taking time for you isn’t selfish. In fact, it’s how you show up better and stronger. Breathwork, stretching, lifting weights, walking outside, journaling, these small resets help you return as the best version of yourself.

And finally: protect your sleep.

Sleep is the foundation of wellness. Aim for eight hours, and support it with a calming evening routine. Reduce screens, dim the lights, journal, read anything that signals your body it’s time to slow down.

These habits may look simple, and they are, but when practiced consistently, they completely transform your energy, your mood, and your sense of self. My mission is to help women integrate these habits in a way that truly fits their life, so they can feel strong, grounded, and well for the long run.

How can women interested in your coaching program take the first step toward lasting change and clarity?

The first step toward lasting change is simply the desire to grow. The desire to feel better, to reclaim your energy, and to become the strongest version of yourself.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need a perfect plan. You just need the courage to start. I’ll guide you through the rest.

The easiest way to begin is by booking a free initial consultation with me. It’s a relaxed conversation where we talk about your goals, your struggles, and what you want your life to look like in the next few months. From there, we can see if we’re the right fit to walk this journey together.

If you’re ready for clarity, support, and real transformation, that first call is where everything begins. Start your next chapter today.
