Who is Maxwell?
My name is Maxwell, CEO & Co-founder of High Performing Coach – a 7-figure business in a saturated industry, which grew 300% during the COVID-19 Lockdown selling out online events.
I started selling tickets for events when I was 16, generating $3,000, with zero marketing budget.
To date, we've sold out 8 live events in the 12 months during the crisis, helping thousands of coaches to build their businesses during huge uncertainty. We partnered with influencers such as Marisa Peer, Daniel Priestley, Harville Hendrix & Helen Hunt (17 times Oprah guest speaker).
Now, it hasn't always been this way, selling out events, and building a 7-figure business from zero. From quitting my corporate job, being hit with bankruptcy after my first investment fell flat, to sleeping on a friends couch and selling what I could to get by – it's not been an easy ride.
My experiences give me a unique and powerful understanding of what it really takes to succeed, this is what I share with our clients – anything is possible with commitment, willingness to believe, and the right support.
I am from Australia, although I currently live between Barcelona, Spain and Los Angeles, USA. Back ‘home’ in Australia I have 3 dogs who are living with my mum and brother.
I’ve been living as a Digital Nomad for the majority of the last 4 years since I left my corporate 9-5 job in banking. I’ve lived in Toronto, Copenhagen, Bali, Melbourne, London, Mexico & Barcelona. I used to be a professional hip-hop dancer and amateur bodybuilder. I love taking on challenges in my areas of interest. In primary school (a long time ago I know), I use to draw and paint, I actually had one of my artworks sent to Taiwan and won some awards in a competition.
I love personal growth, intelligent and stimulating conversations, movies traveling, bad jokes, and great food! I consider myself a typical Capricorn according to the zodiac if you believe in that. I also have just started studying and practising Zen Buddhism.
What is it that you do for your clients?
We help our clients build a high-fee coaching business WITHOUT Facebook Pages or Websites. We show them how to build a low-tech, high-fee coaching business.

What is your big goal? Where do you see yourself 10 years from now?
We are creating an ecosystem of conscious programs and services to help coaches transform the world. We imagine a halo of products and services that all intertwine and complement each other. Similar to Apple’s product suite!
