Dr. Victoria Rader, PhD, is the founder of YU2SHINE and the visionary behind Quantum Personal Development™, a transformative approach that weaves together spiritual alignment, quantum principles, and practical tools. In this exclusive Brainz interview, she opens up about near-death experiences, profound personal loss, and the sacred shift from survival to sovereignty. Her message is clear, powerful, and deeply human: we are here not to chase worth, but to remember it.

The meaning of life is to be fully alive. Fully present. Fully expressed.

Was there a moment in your life — a turning point — when you realized you were meant to do this kind of work?

There have been two deeply defining thresholds that shaped the path I walk today.

The first moment was physical. I was drowning — literally. In the silence between struggle and surrender, I felt a peace that was beyond comprehension. A calm, divine presence enveloped me. That was my first direct encounter with God as energy, as love, as truth. It was in that moment that the seed for Free mE EFT®, for Quantum Freedom™, and for Quantum Personal Development™ was planted, deeply and subconsciously.

The second came in 2013, a year that brought tremendous loss. Eleven people I loved — mentors, clients, friends, family — passed away, one each month. It felt as if death was sitting at my table, uninvited yet insistent. In facing that much loss, I was forced to confront the question so many avoid: What is the point of life, if it ends? And the answer that emerged was simple but profound — the meaning of life is to be fully alive. Fully present. Fully expressed. Death taught me how to live. When we accept the inevitability of death, we become free to truly live, not from fear, but from fulfillment.

Those experiences — the losses and the surrender — taught me that we are not here to survive; we are here to awaken. To rise. To remember who we are. And to help others do the same.

You talk about LOVE as Life Originating Vibrant Emotion. How has that definition of love changed your own life?

Redefining LOVE as Life Originating Vibrant Emotion changed not only my life, but it changed my frequency. I used to believe love was something to earn, to receive, to give away conditionally. But when I understood that love is not a transaction, but a vibration — the actual force that gives rise to life — I stopped seeking it outside myself and started embodying it from within.

That realization led to one of our most beloved programs: LOVE mE. So many people come into this experience hoping to attract their soulmate, and many do. But the magic isn’t in “finding” someone else. The true miracle is that they first meet themselves. When you learn to truly love who you are — without masks, judgment, or comparison — you align with the frequency that calls in healthy, loving relationships.

For me personally, this shift has healed deep relational patterns, brought more joy into my home, and expanded every aspect of my mission. When we become the vibration of LOVE, we stop chasing worth and start radiating it. That’s when life meets us with miracles.

Many people are drawn to healing but feel overwhelmed. If someone is just beginning, where do you suggest they start?

Start small. Start sacred. Healing begins not in doing everything, but in being present for something. One conscious breath — that’s the first leap. And it’s enough.

That’s why I created MyGiftOffer.com — to provide a free, simple starting point. There, you’ll find the Quantum LeapeBook, designed to help you identify and release 50 of the most common limiting beliefs that hold us back. You’ll also find a video that walks you through the Free mE EFT® technique — a method I developed that blends traditional tapping with breathwork, heart activation, and empowered visualization. It’s gentle, powerful, and proven.

But even more important than tools is community. That’s why we launched Free mE.Group — a safe, supportive space where healing becomes shared, not solitary. It’s a place where people come not to be fixed, but to be seen. To belong. To walk each other home to truth.

If you're just beginning, come join us. You are not broken. You are not alone. And you don’t have to do it all at once. Just take one breath, one belief, one shift — and we’ll walk with you the rest of the way.

As Dr. Rader speaks, it's evident that her work is not merely theoretical — it’s lived. Her tools, programs, and teachings are born from personal revelation and refined through thousands of transformations. One thread runs through it all: the journey from external validation to inner alignment.

Abundance is not a reward. It’s a resonance.

You've built tools, methods, even apps that blend ancient wisdom and modern life. Which one feels closest to your heart right now — and why?

Right now, it’s truly a toss-up between two offerings that represent the heart of Quantum Personal Development™: the Empower-mE app and the upcoming Worthy mE journal. The Empower-mE app is a revolutionary blend of intuitive technology and spiritual depth. It was designed to meet people in the moment, whether that moment is grief, confusion, gratitude, or clarity. With tools like My Grief, My Freedom, My Blessings, and upcoming daily guided practices using Free mE EFT®, this app puts emotional support in your pocket. It’s not just functional — it’s energetically intelligent. It speaks to the real-time needs of the soul.

And then there’s the Worthy mE journal — a deeply personal project. It’s a guided path to releasing shame, remembering your worth, and reconnecting with your divine purpose. This journal was born out of a collective worth-wound I’ve witnessed around the world — the belief that what happened to us made us unworthy. This journal gently shifts that belief into truth: What happened was unworthy of you, because you are a child of God.

Each serves a unique role — the Empower-mE app supports your daily alignment, while Worthy mE is your sacred return to identity. Together, they create a full-spectrum journey from survival to sovereignty.

Money and spirituality are often seen as separate. What helped you reconcile the two, and what do you wish more people understood about abundance?

That’s one of the biggest wounds I had to heal myself. I used to believe that choosing a spiritual life meant choosing lack. That money and mission were somehow at odds. But the truth I came to understand is this: money is simply energy, and like all energy, it flows where it is welcomed, honored, and aligned.

My journey with money shifted dramatically when I began understanding the Universal Laws and applying them not only to spirituality but to finances. This became the foundation of my book and program, Prosper mE, where I outline 35 Universal Laws that help make money work for you, not the other way around.

What I most want people to understand is this: abundance is not a reward. It’s a resonance. It’s not something you earn — it’s something you align with. When you become the frequency of prosperity — through gratitude, clarity, generosity, trust, and yes, action — money naturally flows in. Not to define your value, but to support your vision.

You’ve reached audiences across industries and continents, but who or what keeps you grounded on a personal level?

The people I love — and the One who loves me most. My grounding begins in my relationship with God. That stillness, that divine connection, is the source of every message I share. And it’s reinforced every day by the presence of my husband, my kids, my team, my dogs, and the incredible community I serve.

There’s something profoundly humbling about witnessing someone’s transformation — when a person reclaims their voice, remembers their value, and lights up with the awareness of who they really are. Those moments keep me rooted. They remind me that this work isn’t about the platform — it’s about presence.

I also ground myself through nature, music, prayer, dancing in my living room, and walking barefoot outside. For me, God is in the ordinary. And in the ordinary, I find the extraordinary.

For someone out there who feels small, stuck, or unsure… what would you whisper to them right now, if you could sit beside them for just a moment?

I would take their hand, breathe with them, and whisper gently:

“Beloved soul… You are not too late. You are not too broken. And you are not forgotten. You may feel small, but within you is the power that created worlds. You may feel stuck, but you are standing at the edge of your next Quantum Leap. You may feel unsure, but your heart still knows. And I know it, too. Right now, your only job is to breathe — and believe, just a little, that something greater is guiding you. It’s your turn to reclaim your worth. It’s your turn to surrender to LOVE.”

Dr. Victoria Rader’s life and work are steeped in the sacred, yet grounded in the real. Through deep personal experiences and years of spiritual and scientific exploration, she has created a body of work that empowers people to align with their true essence, not by escaping life, but by embracing it.

Her message is as practical as it is profound: healing begins with one breath, abundance flows from alignment, and worth is not earned — it is remembered.
