Remington Steele, renowned breath practitioner, teacher, and author of over a dozen transformative articles on the art and science of breathing, now steps forward to offer the world her most complete revelation yet. With Breathe With Me, she invites readers into the sacred and scientific truths of the breath, unearthing the mysteries it holds and the medicine it carries for every soul. This is more than a book; it is a key to the invisible forces that shape life, a map to the inner landscapes where healing, clarity, and vitality reside. Through her unique voice, at once poetic and precise, Steele breaks open the hidden language of the breath, guiding humanity back to its most primal wisdom: that life’s deepest answers are carried on the air we inhale.

Silhouette of a person with glowing tree-like brain and lungs on dark background. Text reads Breathe With Me by Remington Steele.

“The breath of man is the light of God, searching through his innermost being.” – Proverbs 20:27

Your first cry was a breath, and your last act on earth will be an exhale. In between lies a story, a rhythm, that shapes your health, your emotions, your relationships, and your soul. Breathe With Me is more than a book; it is an invitation to remember what has been with you all along: the healing power of your own breath.

With words woven like poetry, Remington Steele shines a light on the sacred thread between the body and spirit. Here, science and scripture do not stand apart, they converge. You will discover how your immune system listens to every thought, how cortisol and adrenaline carve patterns into your body, how forgiveness or hate alters your very cells, and how the diaphragm, the true heartbeat, sings the song of life through every inhale and exhale.

Drawing from personal testimony, ancient wisdom, and modern science, Steele shows how unnoticed habits, our shallow gasps, our silenced emotions, our restless nights, become the architects of disease. She gently unmasks the hidden connections: how grief disrupts immunity, how anxiety reshapes breathing patterns, how unforgiveness weakens the body, and how depression lingers when breath is forgotten. Yet in the same way, she reveals how slowing down, aligning with spirit, and breathing consciously can restore balance, strengthen immunity, and reconnect us to the Divine spark within.

From childbirth to chronic illness, from trauma to transformation, Breathe With Me carries the reader through the intimate language of breath as both medicine and message. Each chapter offers more than knowledge, it offers practices: meditations, stretching, sound, and journaling prompts that awaken the reader to their own inner healing capacity.

This is not just a book for the curious, it is a companion for the weary, the sick, the searching, and the hopeful. Whether you are facing autoimmune disorders, navigating mental health struggles, longing for deeper connection, or simply seeking a way to slow the clock of time, this work calls you home to your breath.

Every page whispers a reminder: the breath is your first prayer, your most faithful guide, your clearest mirror. And in the end, how we breathe is how we live.

Because how we use our breath gives us life, or death.

My dear reader, choose life. Choose the breath. Choose to Breathe With Me.

About Remington Steele

Remington Steele is not just an author, she is a woman who has lived every word she writes. A former teen mother who labored her first child into the world at sixteen, she has breathed through the ache of loss, the weight of responsibility, the slow unraveling of illness, and the quiet miracles of healing. Her journey has taken her from the hum of hospital rooms to the stillness of meditation halls, from corporate grind to the sacred work of holding space for others to heal. She has learned, sometimes painfully, that the breath is both the first thing we are given and the last thing we let go.

Today, Remington stands as a mindfulness and breathwork facilitator, wellness coach, and advocate for conscious parenting. She is also the founder of We Are The Village – Teen Moms, a nonprofit dedicated to breaking generational cycles and supporting young mothers in becoming conscious, confident parents. Through mentorship, life coaching, birth education, and more than sixty free workshops, she has created a community where no teen mom is overlooked and every young mother can thrive.

But titles alone cannot capture her. She is a mother, a survivor, a believer, and a bridge, between science and spirit, between pain and possibility, between the breath we take for granted and the one that changes everything. Her voice is gentle but unflinching, her words rooted in scripture and lived truth, her work a living testament to what happens when you stop running from your breath and finally breathe with it.
