It can be frustrating to communicate your thoughts to others only to have miscommunication occur. You have to keep explaining and clarifying further until you are understood. And at times like these, you feel as though you are stuck in translation and in a continual time loop.

I understand how many go through this as I experienced this many times. I felt as though people didn't hear me correctly. I blamed the other person for not understanding, or I blamed myself for not communicating clearly.

As a result, I turned to learn about the different communication styles – to recognize what it is and how I could change them. I also learned how certain words or phrases would make a difference.

But when the time comes and the fire is lit under me, everything I learned goes out the window.

It is easy to revert to your comfort zone – the default process.

This is why I chose to do my work as an intuitive leadership coach. I know that being in a leadership position places a lot of stress on yourself – especially as you go about the day making decisions with the goal that each decision is to benefit your business or organization. But at the same time, you try to keep the peace amongst the workers.

And I want leaders to be able to communicate with clarity and to feel good about the decisions knowing that they will make a great impact on the business or organization.

It is not an easy balance as I discovered through my experience. I have been in leadership positions at a local hospital and the federal government.

Leaders are constantly standing on a fine line. And because leaders are acutely aware of how perspectives and insights affect the business/organization and impact the bottom line, it is not an easy task to remain aligned to the vision and goals – and yourself.

The key to bringing impactful change to your business or organization while remaining in alignment is through understanding your inner communication.

When you understand your inner communication, it brings alive the different perspectives of yourself – for you to know how you communicate without being stuck in translation – and let it flow. When you reach this flow of deeper inner awareness – that comes from your soul – you recognize your unique way of communicating and expressing yourself – as intuition.

Your intuition – this is the secret to becoming a stand-out leader amongst all other leaders.

Intuition is not as intangible as you may think. Intuition shows up in a very tangible way.

For one, intuition does not come through when the words feel repetitive. You experience intuition trying to come through when you feel yourself holding back words, or the words out quite forcefully – because you are pushing them out.

This has nothing to do with needing to find a better way of communicating. On the contrary, you need to listen in on how you communicate – and most importantly, where it comes from.

When you connect with your inner communication style, you don’t hold back as this is your language of communication – the language of your soul. And as a result, you are not pegged into a specific hole as to what type of communication style you need to lead by.

Instead, you know that this is your communication style of leadership as it transcends beyond anything you have learned – the intuitive leadership style of your soul.

So how do you discover the intuitive leadership style of your soul?

That is where an intuitive translator such as myself comes in to consult with and coach leaders.

As an intuitive translator, I see from inside your way of communication. I can see from inside of you and peer out to see and hear your way of expression. It is not just through your words but your way of being.

Then I extract the information for you to see – what you could not see to bring in an entirely new perspective for yourself on how you communicate – and lead. As a result, you become activated into your intuitive communication style of leadership.

I hear your desire to be an inspiration and for people to hear your voice as a powerful leader.

And to become the revolutionary leader of your dreams.

You can. Because you are different – and you love it.
