Life is all about experiences. Each experience leaves us with some sweet, some not-so-sweet memories and loads of lessons. Despite the fact that there are lessons and we understand the lessons, we still attract the same experiences in our life at regular intervals. Such experiences either pull us back or push us ahead, but the emotional and physical turmoil that takes place is much more. We don’t like the turmoil, and so we don’t like the experiences too.

For example, imagine a scenario in your life where someone is looking down upon you or saying that you just can’t achieve a certain goal in your life.

This leaves a very bitter taste in your life. It also gives hurts, and your relationship with that person gets spoiled to some extent. This also motivates you to prove this person wrong and achieve the goal. This works as a motivator in your life too.

Is it always necessary to have such motivation in your life at the cost of relationships?!

Absolutely no!

A few simple ways to find why you are attracting similar situations and people in your life

  1. Make a list of situations or people who are similar and which drain you out.

  2. Write down against each one. The positive and negative outcomes that occur because of it.

  3. Weigh the worth of positive and negative outcomes to find if it's really worth attracting it.

  4. Once you have the list of positive outcomes, find alternative ways of achieving the same positive outcomes.

  5. Find the reasons what stop you from using the alternative ways of achieving positive outcomes.

  6. Workaround the reasons and replace them to find an alternative positive motivation.

  7. Choose the alternative which will only have positive outcomes.

It's very important to go to the root cause of why you are attracting such people or situations as we all deserve to live a life free from such people and situations. Dig a little within, and you will be able to find the reason why you are attracting such people and situations. In case you are unable to, take professional help.

Life is beautiful and can be lived, so with just a little deep diving within to resolve the root cause of the conflicts.

Have a happy and blessed life!
