Naseha Shaban, Healing Coach & Timeline Therapist

Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.

I’m a healing coach now, but my journey has been quite a unique one. I started off in the Air Force as an officer and air traffic controller. It was a demanding and exciting career, but when tensions in neighboring countries led to a high-risk situation at the borders, I had a tiny baby to care for. Duty clashed with family, and I had to choose. Family always comes first, so I left behind my dreams and resigned from the Air Force.

From there, I explored different paths, but it wasn’t until I became a healing coach that I truly found my passion. Helping others, especially professional women, became my calling. It feels like I’ve finally found the work that connects with my heart and soul.

As for my personal life, I’m a mom who loves spending time with my family, whether it’s playing games with my kids or reading books. I also enjoy knitting, traveling, and taking care of my pets. Animals are a huge part of my life, and I can’t imagine my home without them.

What truly drives me is my passion for helping others, especially those who feel overwhelmed or lost. It’s about reaching out and offering guidance to those who need it most. That’s what keeps me going every day, and it’s what makes me feel like I’m doing meaningful work.

What inspired you to start Heart Healing, and how did your personal journey influence its mission?

I started doing volunteer work with special needs kids after my NLP training. During COVID, I noticed something. Every time I called a friend or family member, the conversation was filled with stress, anxiety, and fear. People were scared for their jobs, their health, and their loved ones. For those of us living away from our home countries, the loneliness was even deeper. We could not see our families, and that distance felt heavier than ever.

So, I kept thinking. How can I help? How can I make a difference in such a painful time? Then a spark ignited in me. I chose to learn. I took online courses in NLP, the Silva Method, yoga, and four-dimension workshops. I also delved into religious and spiritual studies, exploring the deeper aspects of healing. While the world was locked inside, I was unlocking a new purpose, one that combined science, spirituality, and heart healing. I felt a deep sense of contentment that comes from truly helping others.

That is how my heart healing journey began. It was born from a time of global crisis, but it has grown into something so much bigger, a mission to help people heal, find inner peace, and rediscover the joy in their lives.

Can you share some of the most rewarding experiences you've had while helping clients through their healing processes?

One of the most rewarding parts of my journey is the love and gratitude I receive from my clients. Healing is such a personal process, and when someone allows me to be a part of their transformation, it is truly an honor. The most beautiful moments are when clients send me heartfelt messages. It is not just about them saying thank you, it is about seeing how much they have grown, how their mindset has shifted, and how peace has replaced the anxiety they once felt.

Nothing compares to the feeling of knowing that someone who was once struggling is now smiling, feeling lighter, and embracing life with a new perspective. We can earn money in any profession, but the blessings, the genuine gratitude, and the deep human connection are priceless. That is what makes this journey so fulfilling for me.

How do you integrate traditional healing practices with modern therapeutic techniques in your services?

In my healing work, I believe in blending the best of both worlds, traditional wisdom and modern techniques, because true healing happens when we address the mind, body, and soul together.

Modern techniques help in understanding thoughts, rewiring the subconscious, and managing stress. But healing is not just about thinking differently; it is about feeling differently. This is where spiritual and heart-centered healing play a big role. Many of my clients, especially professional women, feel disconnected from themselves, constantly chasing goals but losing their inner peace. By integrating energy work, spiritual insights, and deep self-reflection, I help them reconnect with their hearts.

What challenges have you faced in promoting heart-centered healing, and how have you overcome them?

One of the biggest challenges I have faced in promoting heart-centered healing is helping people understand that healing is not just about thinking differently; it is about feeling differently too. A lot of my clients, especially professional women, are used to solving problems with logic. They try to think their way out of stress and anxiety, but healing does not always work that way.

As a coach, my job is not to give them all the answers; it is to help them find the answers within themselves. That can be hard at first because many of them have spent years ignoring their emotions, pushing through stress, and focusing only on their responsibilities. When I encourage them to slow down and connect with their hearts, some feel unsure or even resistant. But I do not try to convince them with words; I let them experience it. Through simple exercises and guided reflections, they start feeling the difference. Once they feel that shift, they understand that healing is not about someone else telling them what to do; it is about reconnecting with their own inner wisdom. That is when the real transformation begins.

How do you envision the future of Heart Healing, and are there any new services or initiatives you plan to introduce?

I truly believe that heart healing is the future. More and more people are realizing that mindset work alone is not enough. True healing comes when we connect the mind, heart, and soul together. As science continues to explore the power of the brain, emotions, and energy, I see heart-centered healing becoming an essential part of personal growth and well-being.

Looking ahead, I plan to expand my work in two ways. First, I want to combine neuroscience with heart healing and spirituality, helping women rewire their subconscious minds while also healing emotional wounds. Many people focus on either the brain or the emotions, but I want to create a space where both come together in a powerful way.

Second, I want to build a team of coaches and create a platform where new coaches struggling to establish themselves in this industry can find support. Through my organization, I will help them grow, and together we will offer customized healing solutions for professional women, different from the usual one-size-fits-all approach.

The future of heart healing is not just about individual success. It is about building a movement that helps more women step into their power, both as healers and as those seeking healing.

What advice would you give to individuals seeking to embark on their own healing journeys?

My advice to anyone starting their healing journey is simple: be patient with yourself. Healing takes time, and it is not always a straight path. First, start listening to yourself. True healing begins when you stop and ask, "What do I really need?" Also, do not try to do it all alone. Whether it is a coach, a mentor, or a support group, having the right guidance makes all the difference. Healing is not just about fixing something; it is about growing into the best version of yourself. For that, you need the right environment and people who truly understand your journey.

Most importantly, trust the process. There will be ups and downs, but every small step forward is still progress. Your healing journey is yours, and it will unfold in the way that is right for you. Keep going, keep trusting, and most of all, be kind to yourself along the way.

Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far:

One of my biggest career achievements has been realizing that my work is truly making a difference. One of those moments was when my former institute, where I was once a student, invited me back as a guest. It was an incredible feeling to return, not as a learner, but as someone guiding and inspiring others.

Another proud moment was seeing my family talk about my work with so much pride. It was not just about success; it was about them truly believing in what I do. A defining moment came when my fellow coaches started referring their own family members to me for healing. That trust, that belief in my work, was a powerful reminder that I was on the right path.

If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

If I could change one thing about the coaching and healing industry, it would be to increase awareness and make healing more accessible to everyone, especially professional women. Many women juggle multiple roles—careers, families, and everything in between—causing their emotional well-being to take a backseat. The industry should focus on raising awareness about the importance of healing, not just for those struggling, but for anyone who wants to live a more balanced and fulfilled life.

Too often, healing feels overwhelming, especially for busy women. I believe we need more programs specifically designed for them—tools that are practical, effective, and fit into their hectic schedules. It is about creating a culture where healing is recognized as an essential part of success, not something separate from it.

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.

A pivotal moment in my life was realizing that no one was going to come knocking on my door asking for a healing coach. In the beginning, I was unsure if I could put myself out there on social media or reach as many professional women as I wanted. It felt overwhelming and almost impossible. But then, I realized that if I wanted to make a real difference, I had to take that first step. I had to reach out and start conversations.

So, I worked hard, day and night, to spread awareness, connect with people, and show up in spaces where I could truly make an impact. It was not always easy, but over time, I began to see the effects of my work. That moment of deciding to push through my fears and take action is what led me here. It has been a journey of growth, and I am proud of where I am today.
