We are always wanting to move forward, even when it gets tough. The idea that we are broken is always mentioned in so many ways by many people in all different fields of knowledge about our human wellbeing. What if I told you that you are not broken? You have just forgotten parts of yourself that need your attention at any given moment. We are constantly being told how one thing is wrong, and the other is right, and how you should do this and that. Trying to move us in all directions. We are always wanting to find a solution our own way that will bring us to a place where we feel safe and loved. Would you agree that this is the goal for every person on this planet?

The motivation to feel safe and a knowing that as human beings, you are loved in so many ways encourage you to move to the next step, to find or rediscover how you can achieve this. Everything is changing to help you move into a higher understanding, nothing is done to hurt you, and your universe loves you. Maybe you agree or not, but the pain within you is your shadow, that part of you, you have neglected, or the pain that was inflicted just wants to be heard and given the chance to balance the distortion it is feeling. To bring a better understanding of Self.

There are many layers in our emotional and mental state, and it can take more than one lifetime to unravel and understand. What we choose to do with our mindfulness or how we speak to ourselves can also be a challenge. Right now, in our world of energetics, you are being presented the opportunity to speed up your outcomes and manifest them into your life. You are given the chance to go deep into your shadow and release what does not work. So, you can bring in a lighter self-awareness. The energy within us is the knowledge that is brought to you by your intuition.

Firstly, you must decide how you will find the time to create a quiet moment so you can go deeper into your own thoughts and chatter. Yes, we all do this and the meditations you participate in helping you to quieten the chatter. The goal is to remove the chatter and sit within your heart to learn more about the intuitive nature that guides you every day. Within your heart are the treasures for you to find and integrate into your physical life.

I am offering you a moment of quietness, a moment where you can speak your truth without being judged or looked down upon. A moment where you give yourself permission to receive what you feel is in your heart. Your moment of quietness is when you listen very carefully to your intuition, and this guides you unconsciously, and then it moves into your consciousness. All this then leads you to decide which action to take; this will help you to bring the people and situations to you to help you move forward.

Spend some of your time to know how brightly you shine and how your process is an example of how you lead your life.
