Are you living without non-negotiables in your life? Frequently evaluating our non-negotiables cultivates clarity and elevates creativity. Clearly defining and placing priority on what is meant for us, gives way to manifesting the blueprint for the life we desire to live personally and professionally.

These two questions are my starting point:

  1. What can I not live without?

  2. And why?

Prioritizing Soul-Care and Self-Care reinforces your non-negotiables and supports wellness for your whole-being.

Consider amplifying the definition to these areas of your life and write them in a journal:

  • Clearly Defined Boundaries: This supports high-level living! This allows you to nurture a healthy and sustainable life amid building powerful, meaningful relationships.

  • Releasing: Consider living with an open hand to release what’s not meant for you and an open mind to engage what is!

  • Judgement Free Zone: Consider creating a judgment free zone for yourself and others to protect your energy and not fight battles unintended for you.

  • Follow Your Convictions: Consider not compromising your convictions, yet holding onto compassion for yourself and others. Create space for perspective; you reserve the right to change your mind.

  • The Power of Forgiveness: Consider paying attention to the velocity of forgiveness toward yourself and others. Releasing and forgiving cultivates freedom and love in your life.

  • Explore: Consider paying attention to your intention towards what matters most. Then, as you journal your experience, share the alignment you feel impacting your spirit, soul, and body.

A life defined by love is a life well lived. Life is beautiful and unpredictable. Let’s change the way we think about ourselves and the positive impact we can offer others. Approaching our day confident of possibilities positions us to create beauty from a space which others may deem impossible.

We were never created to live beneath the surface with shame, it carries the power to destroy our creativity! Shame can silence us and fear can paralyze us. Fear and shame are feelings, they are not the truth. Choosing our non-negotiables, disarms these lies while communicating to ourselves and others that we are worthy of Soul-Care and Self-Care. To be better, we must do better.
