Happiness is a subjective state of satisfaction, and its action is purely ephemeral. It is what makes it so attractive yet unjust. It feeds on our joy but leaves as fast as it came.

What makes us so dependent on happiness is the fact that we cannot control it. The human is attracted to things by which he cannot control as he knows he has no control over the final goal, pleasure.

We can't control happiness, but what we can control is how much we demand of ourselves in order to make happiness more frequent. Expecting less from a feeling but on the contrary, provoking it by our action is the challenge of this objective.

"We envy what we don't have, but we are bored when we have it". What is important is to move towards this quest for happiness.

"Be in action, be ambitious and you will be happy".

Happiness in three words

These are the three words that, once mastered, will make your life more joyful. These words are Motivation, Perseverance and Confidence.

During my career as a life coach, and through my own experiences, I have identified the needs of others and created a method called "MPC Vision" which is an acronym of these three terms.

The order is deliberately chosen because Motivation is the key to all.

Without motivation, you will not be able to bring out the other two in you. It is in a way your "Why" the reason that will make you a person able to develop your Perseverance.

Perseverance is closely linked to Motivation. This is actually your "How" that will allow you to create a new habit through new cognitive channels, located in the cerebral cortex.

It takes between 300 and 500 repetitions to create a habit and ten times more to change it. You now understand better the importance of this perseverance that will make you a new person.

During this perseverance, you will have ups and downs what I call adjustments. This will give you unsuspected confidence.

Confidence is the result of the sum of Motivation and Perseverance. This perfect symbiosis leads anyone to become more confident in themselves. One’s attitude changes and improves, as does one’s charisma. Confidence is the unshakeable ability to detach oneself from the gaze of others and to let the person that we intrinsically are emerged without worrying about the gaze or judgment of others. It is something that is developed with life experience. Hence the importance of being in action to enjoy the unexpected, the obstacles, the challenges that life can offer us. For me, it is a real chance to have atypical days, totally uncomfortable for our brain which will stimulate its neuroplasticity.

For me, a passive brain immersed inhabits is a sick brain. Whose consequences can be serious and sometimes even irreversible? (Atrophy of the hippocampus brain, loss of memory.)

This happiness is applicable in our professional life of course, but also, and especially, in our personal life (family) or emotional (relationships).

So, what are you waiting for to conquer it?
