Have chaotic times put you to the test, leaving you emotionally and physically drained? Perhaps when planning business projects, you lack motivation and direction. Of course, the best remedy for any fatigue is rest, although that's not always possible. However, there are ways to revitalize your vision.

Here are 3 steps to remarkably rejuvenate from entrepreneurial fatigue:

Step 1: Amplify Your Spiritual Practice

Most likely you already have a spiritual practice. If not, it’s a good idea to implement one that resonates the most. Prayer or meditation are possible options. Maximizing your inward journey during times of mental and physical exhaustion will be the most fruitful.

Practice: Get still. Tune into your soul and ask, What would it take to cultivate spiritual refreshment? Whatever bubbles up is perfect. Jot it down and reflect on the findings. It may be helpful to journal further to see what stories or limiting beliefs pop up that could be a hindrance. Honor everything that rises to the surface by acknowledging it. Know that if fear creeps in, it’s your operating system trying to keep you safe. Don’t silence your inner voice gratefully honor and respect the messages.

Tip: Repeat this process as often as necessary to achieve calm clarity.

Step 2: Eliminate Your Energy Leaks

News and low-level entertainment, as well as perpetually negative individuals, can be draining. Additionally, an inbox of pitches and social media bombardments have the potential to siphon your energy reserves. Eliminate what isn’t enriching. It’s a good practice to pay special attention to protecting and renewing your energy system.

Practice: At the start of every day, write down how you want to feel. Examples are balanced, focused, energized, or peaceful. Make a note and post it in an attention-grabbing location. Then, when an opportunity arises to engage with people or media, determine whether the predicted outcome matches your desired feelings. Trust your inner guidance for the answer. If the answer is yes, mindfully interact. If the answer is no, choose something else.

Tip: Get in the habit of sensing your energetic limits and avoid pushing to the edge.

Step 3: Raise Your Vibration

According to David R. Hawkins — Scale of Consciousness, peace is one step away from enlightenment. Apathy or a lack of enthusiasm perpetuates a state of suffering. Feeling stuck is a common attribute of a contracted state. To raise your vibration to joy, flow, and ease, you need to move up the scale of consciousness. This can be done incrementally with increased mindfulness and action.

Don’t underestimate the power of intention. With a determined mindset and an open heart, deep restoration is possible. Here are a few suggestions for increasing inner peace:

Practice: Think of a time in the past when you felt a sense of peace, joy, or love. What were you thinking and feeling? What were you doing? How can you recreate those experiences now?

Create a list. Commit to incorporating the things that evoke a joy state. Monitor your positive emotions and prioritize what feels good.

Tip: Challenge yourself to adopt a beginner’s mindset when trying something outside of your comfort zone.

Adding personal development practices into a daily routine is an effective way to build resilience against present-day stressors. Amplifying a spiritual practice, eliminating energy leaks, and raising your vibration will help invigorate creativity. Plus, you can always rest easy knowing that a catnap could be a back pocket strategy.
