To assure my clients receive a plethora of knowledge for the success of their businesses; my signature course, “Understanding the Business of Business” provides these 3 Keys. Each key gives the business owner an understanding that creates a growth mindset.

I’m often asked by other coaches and mentors why not offer group sessions or provide courses online for individual purchase. I do provide group sessions when necessary for certain projects. My objective is to give my clients all the tools and attention they need to develop a growth mindset that creates the results necessary for their long-term business success.


Key no.1 Information – definition: facts provided or learned about something or someone.


We are living in the age of the information highway. The information that my clients need is how to develop a CEO Mindset to operate their business. Operating a business involves everything that is required for the survival of the business (supplies, marketing, business budget, revenue forecasting, operating capital, etc.). This type of mindset requires the ability to analysis and apply statistical data.


I know it sounds seriously challenging. This is the reason I assist my clients to learn and understand only the information that is needed for what they are trying to achieve within their business.


As complicated as data may seem, just focusing on what is needed to achieve your business goals is easily accomplished. All of my coaching or mentoring services are customized to the needs of each business. This is where group coaching sometimes leaves a few people behind. Doing a thorough assessment of how each of my clients receives and understand the information assists me to create a customized training environment.


Key no.2 Comprehension – definition: the action or capability of understanding something.


My clients focus on comprehending business data that applies to their business goals. Your business KPIs or key performance indicators are one of the main focuses of your business. Running your business by the numbers. Knowing that your business is on track at all times is priceless. This is a stress reliever!


I help my business owners create a system that is customized just for them. It is easy to understand because it’s not a one size fit business in a box. As a small business owner wearing all the hats, getting it right the first time is a part of our time management. We just do not have the additional hours in our day to revisit a situation or try to figure something out. My streamlined processes give the business owner confidence and a sense of pride knowing they are operating their business like a Fortune 500 company CEO.


Key no.3 Applied Knowledge – definition: applied knowledge refers to a training approach whereby my clients learn by engaging in direct application of skills, theories and models customized for their business.


My coaching style’s ultimate goal is for the business owner to have the knowledge and skills of how successful businesses are operated. My business owner and I are both gleaming at this point. This business owner now have a level of confidence knowing they will achieve the revenue goals they desire for long-term business growth.


We also focus on their business having a net worth that increases at the end of each fiscal year. This business owner is now operating their business with a CEO Mindset (creating a business road map to your business success knowing when and how you will arrive)!


Understanding the Business of Business is necessary for long-term business success.
