I’m calling 2023 the Calling-it-in year because I know that the go givers of the world are paddling hard to keep afloat.

There has been a lot required energetically over the past 3 years and 2022 was the icing on the cake. We MUST pause and fill our cups so that we can continue to give our best to others. It’s time to call it in!

This is not going to come naturally to some as many people have found careers as coaches etc but I feel that there is a high need for us to step aside from the constant giving and recharge so that we can maintain our connection to divine energy and collective consciousness that is a must for our advancement and the benefit of our future generations.

It may seem out there, but it needs to be said as there is now a pandemic of high vibe leaders with low energy, motivation and will burn out and we need to recalibrate before it gets any worse.

Our capacity isn’t what it was pre-covid, we tire more easily not because we are physically tired but because we are soul tired, the world is soul tired and so we have to carry more for ourselves and for others, its heavy out there and the only way to lighten the load is to go within and recalibrate. It is a time for doing less and doing it better than we ever have. No longer is quantity what we should strive for, so we need to stop thinking wider and start thinking higher!

We need to shift our focus back to our dreams and start taking actions towards those as that will ignite the soul fire within and that will produce the energy, we need to be high vibrational again.

Hanging out in mid-range on the vibrational scale is not good enough, we need more people advancing to their potential and the only way we will show others what is possible is to show them what is possible! Do it with loving intention and not compromise our core values in the process. These 3 keys are imperative for all people setting intentions.

You have everything within you right now to achieve everything you want in life. You need to lean inwards for the answers to your questions and outwards for the support to make them happen.

So, what will I be doing differently in 2023?

  1. I will continue to love and prioritise my family.

  2. I will be valuing myself more.

  3. I will prioritise my writing.

  4. I will continue to manifest cool experiences.

  5. I will serve by selling a lot of books.

If there is anything we ALL should have collectively taken away from the past few years, it is that:

  1. Our health is our wealth

  2. Our family time is precious

  3. We need to live in the now not wait for that time in the future.

  4. There is an easier more flexible way to do life.

I am a great believer in the motto ‘Love Life and it will Love you back’ no matter what else is going on in the world at any given time we are mostly blessed to live where we live and enjoy our life.

The good news for all of this is that we have the ability to instantly adjust as it is all about choice, but quite often for go givers not helping is not an option so it will be interesting to watch things unfold.

There are ways to give without draining yourself:

  1. Give from afar. And energetic exchange works when you tap into the essence of someone.

  2. Do a job that lights you up so that you recharge as you go.

  3. Acknowledge and adjust when priorities change.

  4. Instead of stopping what you are doing to deviate and help others, why not stay in your zone of genius, and help people on that path.

  5. Know that others receive inspiration by you serving yourself first.

  6. You are giving by sharing your stories.

So, here’s to a re-energised giving community. We’ve got this!
