Dr. Zrinka holds a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Gießen, Germany. Fluent in German, English, Italian, and Croatian, she brings a diverse and multilingual approach to her work. With experience as both an employee and an entrepreneur, Dr. Zrinka offers a comprehensive perspective on the job market.
For over a decade, Dr. Zrinka worked as a scientist at the German Aerospace Center and the European Commission, focusing on innovation in services, corporate health management, knowledge transfer, and innovation in mid-sized companies (intrapreneurship). She also forecasted education and research trends and served as a lecturer at the FOM School for Economics and Management in Frankfurt, Germany.
Dr. Zrinka is a licensed systemic business coach, supervisor, and a certified coach specialising in leadership during emotionally challenging processes. Over the past 15 years, she has trained and coached hundreds of individuals in both corporate and private sectors.
She spent over 11 years on a health management program as an external mind and body empowerment coach for Deutsche Bahn (German Railroad Company). Her other distinguished clients include the European Central Bank (employees and the Board of Directors), CommerzReal, Serview, ING-DiBa, Digitales Hessen, UBS, Global Communication Experts, Cushman & Wakefield, Spalteholz Hotelkompetenz, and the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, among many others.
Current Focus
Dr. Zrinka's current focus is on leadership advisory and team development, which encompasses:
Leading teams through emotionally difficult processes, particularly during change initiatives (empowerment vs. enforcement)
A program on how not to get teams lost in menopausal translation by developing a supportive working culture and enhancing team performance,(often nearly 50% of staff experiences changes in premenopausal health)
Utilising intrapreneurship as a tool for innovation, motivation, and boosting performance through new products and services

As a young adult, Dr. Zrinka experienced the Croatian war, which significantly shaped her resilience and commitment to helping others achieve optimal health and well-being. After the PhD her interest in mind and body practices led her to the USA, where she trained in yoga psychology and methodology with bestselling author Beryl Bender Birch, earning a 500-hour diploma. Dr. Zrinka is also a certified mind and body trainer, licensed stress management trainer, and nutritional counselor in the 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
