Zeljka is a transformation coach and founder of Day One with Zeljka, combining a strong background in international corporate and consulting environments with deep expertise in personal development and mindset work. For many years, she worked in high-performance, results-driven settings, navigating complex projects, leadership dynamics, and constant pressure to perform. This experience gave her first-hand insight into the hidden challenges many ambitious professionals face: chronic self-doubt, emotional disconnection, perfectionism, and the gradual loss of self beneath external success.

Her own journey through these environments became the foundation of her coaching work. Today, Zeljka supports primarily ambitious women who find themselves at a crossroads – successful on paper, yet internally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from their true needs and values. Her approach integrates practical psychology, self-leadership, habit formation, and the body–mind connection, enriched by somatic awareness and everyday spirituality. She believes that sustainable change does not come from pushing harder, but from reconnecting with one’s inner authority and nervous system.
