Victoria Miles
Executive Leadership Coach
Victoria Miles is an Executive Leadership Coach and the founder of The Clarity Club, where she works with leaders and founders operating under sustained pressure to lead with clarity, intention, and within their capacity. Her work supports high-performing individuals navigating complexity, responsibility, and constant demand — enabling sustainable leadership without compromising wellbeing or fulfilment.
Victoria’s approach is shaped by over 15 years spent working alongside senior executives in high-pressure environments. Earlier in her career, as a Personal Assistant supporting decision-makers at the top of organisations, she gained a front-row view of how responsibility accumulates over time, how pressure becomes normalised, and how clarity can quietly erode even while performance remains high. This experience gives her a grounded understanding of how pressure accumulates over time, often as boundaries quietly erode.
Through a thinking-partner approach, Victoria creates confidential space for leaders to observe their thinking, recalibrate, and make more considered decisions. Her work is not about doing more or pushing harder, but about leading consciously — with intention and within capacity — particularly in environments where there is little space to pause.
Alongside her professional background, Victoria’s lived experience as a mother of two has deepened her understanding of responsibility that does not switch off, and how leadership pressure often extends beyond the workplace. This perspective shapes her work and her writing, which explores clarity as a leadership capability and the importance of sustainable, intentional leadership over time.
Victoria holds an International Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Leadership Development (Level 7) and is a Jay Shetty Certified Life and Success Coach. She is also a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and a Professional Member of the Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP). She holds a Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems (NCFE CACHE Level 2) and is a Member of the Association of Coaching. Her work is grounded in robust professional training, ethical practice, and a strong emphasis on discretion, trust, and non-judgement.
