Victoria Miles

Founder of The Clarity Club

Victoria Miles is the founder of The Clarity Club, where she supports professionals and organisations operating under sustained pressure to think clearly, work intentionally, and operate within their capacity. Her work helps individuals navigating responsibility and constant demand by creating space to recalibrate the way they work, lead, and respond to pressure.

Victoria’s approach is shaped by over 15 years spent working alongside senior executives in high-pressure environments. Earlier in her career, as a Personal Assistant supporting decision-makers at the top of organisations, she gained a front-row view of how responsibility accumulates, how pressure becomes normalised, and how clarity can quietly erode even while performance remains high.

Through a thinking-partner approach, Victoria creates confidential space for individuals and teams to observe their thinking, recognise patterns, and make more considered choices. Her work helps them gain clarity, take intentional action, and operate more sustainably under pressure.

Alongside her professional background, Victoria’s lived experience as a mother of two has deepened her understanding of responsibility that does not switch off, and how pressure can extend beyond the workplace. This perspective adds depth to her work, particularly in understanding how people continue to carry responsibility across different areas of life.

Victoria holds an International Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Leadership Development, Level 7, and is a Jay Shetty Certified Life and Success Coach. She is also a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and a Professional Member of the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She holds a Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems, NCFE CACHE Level 2, and is a Member of the Association for Coaching. Her work is grounded in professional training, ethical practice, discretion, and a calm, non-judgemental approach.
