The Clarity Club Announces Group Sessions for People Carrying Too Much

The Clarity Club, founded by Victoria Miles, is offering three free online small-group sessions for anyone feeling stretched, overwhelmed or constantly trying to keep up with work and life. Together the sessions form the Autumn Recalibration Series, running from September to November.

The series offers a place for people to step out of the noise for an hour, get clearer on what is taking up their time, energy and headspace, and connect with others who understand what it feels like when there is always something demanding their attention.
“People can become very used to carrying a lot and simply continue to respond to whatever comes next,” said Victoria Miles, founder of The Clarity Club.
“Having somewhere to step outside of that and notice what is actually going on and recalibrate can be really valuable. There is something powerful about doing that alongside other people who may be facing very different situations but relate to that same feeling. The sense of not doing it alone is a big part of The Clarity Club.”
Each session is a facilitated small-group space for reflection and conversation, kept deliberately small to protect the quality of the experience. Attendees are guided through a few focused prompts and can contribute as much or as little as they choose, with no expectation to speak or share personally.
The intention is simple: to leave with a clearer sense of what deserves attention and one thing to focus on afterward.
The three autumn recalibration sessions are:
30 September – Living in Catch-Up Mode
October – What Isn’t Yours to Carry?
November – Making Space for What Matters
The first session, Living in Catch-Up Mode, explores what happens when constantly responding to competing demands means you never quite feel caught up and there is little time or room left for anything else.
Each session stands alone, so people can attend one, two or all three. October and November booking dates will be released separately, with September attendees given priority access. All sessions are free, take place online via Zoom and are open to adults aged 18 and over.
