Dr. Taylor Bryant is a professor, forensic psychology consultant, entrepreneur, author, and trauma expert specializing in trauma-focused treatment, victimology, and behavioral health. She currently serves as the Clinical Director of the 34th Trauma Recovery Center in the United States and the first Trauma Recovery Center in the state of Pennsylvania, where she leads trauma-informed services focused on healing, resilience, and recovery for individuals and families impacted by trauma. With a doctorate in Forensic Psychology and a specialization in victimology, Dr. Bryant’s work centers on understanding how trauma impacts self-worth, delinquency, emotional regulation, attachment, and interpersonal relationships.
Throughout her career, Dr. Bryant has worked extensively with justice-involved youth, survivors of violence and abuse, families navigating complex trauma, and individuals struggling with maladaptive behavioral patterns rooted in adverse experiences. Her clinical and consulting expertise bridges psychology, trauma recovery, and forensic behavioral analysis, allowing her to provide insight into the long-term psychological effects of trauma and pathways toward sustainable healing. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals challenge trauma-based beliefs, strengthen emotional resilience, and rebuild healthy identities and relationships.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Dr. Bryant serves as an adjunct professor of psychology and criminal justice, teaching courses in personality and forensics, and criminology while mentoring future professionals entering the behavioral health field. She is also the founder of trauma-informed initiatives and businesses dedicated to empowering individuals through education, emotional wellness, and personal growth. As an author and speaker, her work focuses on making complex psychological concepts accessible and applicable to everyday life, particularly in the areas of trauma, self-worth, family systems, and recovery.
Beyond her professional roles, Dr. Bryant is a devoted mother of two young children whose personal and professional experiences continue to shape her compassionate and holistic approach to healing. She is deeply committed to helping others move beyond survival, reclaim their sense of self, and create meaningful, lasting transformation.
