Swati Mukherjee

Relationship Coach & Corporate Trainer

Swati Mukherjee spent over a decade in HR before she noticed something that changed the direction of her work: the same conversation kept repeating itself, whether she was sitting across from an employee handing in their notice or a couple sitting across from each other in silence. People were not leaving jobs. They were leaving relationships that had never been built properly in the first place, at home and at work.

That observation became the foundation of her practice. Swati is now an ICF-certified Relationship Coach and Corporate Trainer, running two closely connected strands of work under the Resilient Relationship name. On one side, she coaches couples standing at the edge of separation, using a structured framework to rebuild emotional safety, interrupt destructive patterns, and restore trust without another circular argument. On the other, she trains managers and leadership teams in the relational skills nobody taught them: staying regulated under pressure, having a hard conversation without damaging the relationship, and building real proximity, genuine attentiveness to another person's reality, the kind that keeps good employees from quietly checking out.
Her corporate work runs on her Professional Proximity framework, delivered through workshops, her 12-month Corporate Relationship Program, and Proximity, her newsletter on the relational architecture of modern workplaces. She also hosts the podcast Relationship Ironies of the World We Live In, and writes and speaks across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Toastmasters stages.
Swati brings 15+ years of combined experience across HR, psychology, and coaching. She works with individuals, couples, and organisations ready to stop managing symptoms and start addressing the pattern underneath, whether that pattern is playing out at the dinner table or in the boardroom.
