Stephen Vaughan is a founder & MD of Fabric Learning, a Master Facilitator, NLP Master Practitioner & Executive Coach with over 20 years’ experience, working with leading organisations across the world such as L’Oreal, PepsiCo, Kellogg, Diageo, Microsoft, Meta & Fujitsu, as well as some of the world’s leading professional sports organisations.
 
He is a Leadership Development expert, researching, designing & delivering programmes, recognising that organisational growth & engagement occurs through individuals & teams. He also lectures on several Undergraduate & Post Graduate degree courses on Leadership & Entrepreneurship.
 
Stephen assists businesses & individuals to gain the skills, strategies & knowledge which makes change feasible, manageable & profitable, working in true partnership, fully embedding himself in the cultures & inner workings of all.
 
He has an enthusiastic & entertaining style, challenging & empowering individuals to achieve increased performance & results, deliberately encouraging a sense of fun, which makes effective learning a far more enjoyable & sustainable experience.
 
Stephen has been researching for a PhD, entitled Resilience in Leaders & is due to complete in the Autumn of 2025. He hopes that this research will bring innovation & new ideas, enabling Leaders to enhance their abilities in this fast changing & challenging business world.
 
His background is in Professional Sports & Academics, with nearly 20 years’ experience. Stephen has an extensive working knowledge of what is needed to develop World Class Business Leaders & Teams, along with the requirements of everyone involved. A large part of his motivation for developing people to extend their performance capabilities, comes through coaching team-based sports at a professional & international level.
