Simer Dhillon is the Founder and Chief Architect of Sharp Mind, Sharp Style Strategy Inc., and the creator of the SHARP™ Leadership Academy – an ecosystem dedicated to transforming ethical leadership into a measurable business advantage.

With more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles, including branch management and executive strategy within Canadian financial institutions, Simer brings a rare fusion of corporate intelligence, emotional intelligence, and systemic reform. Her proprietary SHARP™ Framework – built around Standards, Honesty, Alignment, Resilience, and Presence – equips leaders to build integrity-based infrastructure that drives both performance and cultural well-being.
