Wellbeing Specialist
Serena K. Elizabeth is a Wellbeing Specialist and the founder of Calm Healing, where she supports women who are dealing with perimenopause, trauma & neurodivergence.
After years of unexplained health issues, anxiety, and periods of complete burnout, Serena discovered in her 40's that she was neurodivergent, a realisation that reframed a lifetime of feeling different and not enough.
Early perimenopause triggered the release of childhood trauma, sending her into deep personal healing work. She has spent the last 10+ years researching, learning and teaching EFT and NLP.
Serena's approach centres on nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and the understanding of how our brains really work.
Through Calm Healing, Serena writes, teaches Masterclasses, and creates resources, including her guided workbook journal, I Am Enough, for women who are tired of trying to fix themselves and are ready to remember they were whole all along.
