Sarah Wittl

Health & Wellbeing Transformation Coach

Sarah Wittl is a Health & Wellbeing Transformation Coach, Writer, and Founder of Sarah’s Wellbeing Hub—a digital ecosystem empowering individuals and organisations to build physical, mental, and emotional health through self-guided transformation.

Blending over 15 years of experience in coaching, leadership development, and physical training, Sarah brings a neuroscience-informed, body–mind–emotion approach to wellbeing. Her method—rooted in both science and lived experience—helps people create sustainable routines, strengthen emotional intelligence, and rediscover balance in the midst of modern life.

Sarah holds an Executive Coaching Certificate (Coaching Australia), has completed Neuroscience for Leadership (Southern Cross Coaching & Development), and trained extensively in executive, business, and team coaching with the Akademie Susanne Weber in Germany. She also holds a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of Konstanz.

A lifelong martial artist and two-time Australian National Karate Champion, Sarah’s journey began on the dojo floor at age nine. Decades later, her philosophy remains anchored in the same principles—discipline, awareness, and heart. Her mission is to bridge the gap between physical, mental, and emotional health, guiding people and workplaces to lead with clarity, calm, and confidence.

Through her Hub, online programs, and workplace wellbeing partnerships, Sarah continues to inspire a new generation of self-led health seekers—proving that transformation begins when we reconnect with our core.
