Sarah Ailish McLoughlin
Neurodivergent and Disabled Founder
Sarah Ailish McLoughlin is the founder of EduLinked and EduPsyched, and the creator of the Strategic Self-Advocacy™ framework, a pioneering methodology that transforms self-reflection into system reform. As a neurodivergent and disabled founder, she blends lived experience, clinical insight, and policy strategy to design emotionally literate tools that help individuals and institutions navigate complex systems with clarity and compassion.
Her signature Navigate, Advocate, Transform model empowers families, professionals, and self-advocates to move from system trauma to sustainable impact. Her work spans from the SSA™ workbook series to the Microsoft-supported NDIS Navigator app, Build Your Business tools for inclusive microenterprise, and daily therapeutic SMS campaigns designed to support regulation and hope.
She leads trauma-informed school pilots, builds emotionally safe advocacy tools, and is laying the research foundation for Strategic Self-Advocacy™ as a formal discipline, with early-stage publications and policy submissions underway.
Her mission: to ensure no one has to choose between their wellbeing and their voice.
