Sandy Michael is a Certified Clinical Sex Coach, Sexologist, and founder of Unmuted, coaching centered on intimacy, communication, desire, connection, and shame-free self-expression.
 
She created Unmuted from the belief that conversations about sex, intimacy, and relationships should feel natural - not taboo. Much of Sandy’s work focuses on helping people move beyond silence, disconnection, performance, and self-judgment so they can build more honest and fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
 
Through coaching, Sandy works with individuals and couples exploring intimacy, communication, emotional connection, desire, pleasure, confidence, relationship dynamics, and self-expression. Her approach blends education, empathy, curiosity, and honest conversation to create a space where people feel safe to explore what they want, communicate more openly, and reconnect with themselves more authentically.
 
Sandy’s work is rooted in the belief that pleasure is not selfish, communication is the foundation of connection, and everyone deserves permission to feel seen, heard, desired, and fully expressed. Through her writing and coaching, she hopes to normalize the conversations many people have been taught to avoid and help create a more open, informed, and compassionate approach to intimacy and relationships.
