Saaid Radwan

Behavior Analyst and Family Consultant

Saaid Radwan is a Senior ABA Therapist, Neurodiversity and Family Consultant, and CPD Certified Trainer with over 20 years of international experience in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis, speech and communication support, and inclusive education. Based in Dubai, his work spans the UAE, Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and Central Asia, supporting individuals, families, and professionals across diverse cultural and clinical settings.

Saaid’s expertise covers the full developmental continuum, from early childhood intervention and preschool readiness to pre-vocational and vocational training for adolescents and adults. He has worked extensively with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Down Syndrome, developmental delays, and complex behavioral and learning challenges. Bilingual in Arabic and English, he specializes in ABA therapy, alternative and augmentative communication systems (including PECS and sign language), emotional regulation, and behavior management, with a strong emphasis on family-centered and culturally responsive care.

Throughout his career, Saaid has held senior clinical and leadership roles with respected organizations such as Autism Rocks Support Center, Dubai Center for Special Needs, and Benghazi Autistic Center, where he contributed to service development, staff training, and program expansion. He currently serves as Head of Pediatric Allied Health and BCBA Assistant at Physio Plus Medical Center in Dubai and is a board member of Rising Stars, a UAE-based initiative empowering People of Determination through the performing arts.

As a CPD Certified Trainer, Saaid delivers accredited workshops, webinars, and consultations globally, advocating for inclusive education, early intervention, and lifelong skill development. His professional approach blends structure with compassion, ensuring sustainable outcomes for individuals, families, and communities alike.
